Cozy and elegant two level apartment with washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, double high ceiling living room with two beautiful fire places, covered parking lot and ski locker, midweek basic cleaning for 7 days reservations , bilingual owner and cleaning lady. Located at the prestigious Landmark Complex that offers , a beautiful lobby complete with work management center, fitness center, heated pool, three hot tubes, fire pits and a barbecue grill, . To make your stay more enjoyable, a every other day house keeping service is included, consists of making beds, arranging baths, towels in dryer and loading the dish washer . ALL CLEANNING PERSONNEL ARE VACCINATED.

Overall great spot for my family to stay for a wedding in Vail. Excellent location!

This property is in need of repairs and a good deep cleaning before renting again. Issues include:
1. Entry way rugs and stairs carpeting need cleaning.
2. When we arrived the entire condo needed dusting, which we did, as it appeared the condo had not been dusted
3. The closets are cluttered with junk and there is no room for suitcases
4. The bed mattress on the second floor needs to be replaced
5. The second floor bathroom sink leaked so badly that we could not put our bathroom supplies under the sink
6. The second floor bedroom lamps are broken and do not function at all
7. The blind on the second floor bedroom is broken and does not open
8. The furniture pictures in the VRBO listing are not reflective what’s in the property
9. The oven good light is burnt out
10. The outdoor grill should be trashed as it is unusable despite the owner telling us he has a working grill. He lied about a grill that does not work. The property manager told us that she told the owner to get a new grill
11. The drip coffee maker in the kitchen doesn’t work consistently
12. Since the condo is not very clean, owner needs to supply a vacuum and cleaning supplies. We had to go buy cleaning supplies
13. When we arrived the dryer had 15 wet towels in it as the dryer malfunctioned and stopped. My husband repaired the dryer and we spent four hours drying towels
We would like a partial refund of $1,800 for our trouble. When relayed these issues to the owner and he didn’t seem to care.

This place was great for a group of 6. With so many bedrooms and bathrooms it was easy for everyone to have their own space. It was a nice place as well.

This was the perfect location for 4 adults and 3 young adults to share while attending a family wedding. It's right at a bus stop and the free shuttles take you all around Vail. You can't beat the location. Front desk gave us two parking passes even though the listing says you only get one. The condo is well furnished. Some things that we don't believe were mentioned in the listing. The unit does not have air conditioning. It was in the high 80s during our stay. We did find fans in the all the bedrooms, used them and the ceiling fan in the living room and opened all the windows and sliding doors and kept the front door open when were there to get a better breeze. Still al little warm for our Florida family members. Also, there is no housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. There were plenty of towels, however, and a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms with the bunk beds are very tight. One has room for a dresser; the other is just a bed with no floor space and no window. We had young adults in those rooms so it was fine for them to crash after a night out. But it might not work for everyone. Loved having four bathrooms and the spacious living room to entertain other family members staying elsewhere. The pool area is very nice. Overall it worked great for our needs although it was a tad bit toasty and a tad tight for sleeping.

This place was perfect for the short visit we had for a wedding. The layout was great for the three grandparents that needed to be on the bottom floor. We didn't get to use all the amenities, but they looked terrific. We would stay here again. The location to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was perfect. Thank you.

The Landmark was an awesome property. Convenient location to the slopes and the intown bus stop. Rentals right across the street. Ski lockers, warm pool and toasty hot tubs. Condo was well decorated with plenty of space for everyone.

My group rented this for a long weekend ski getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It was a wonderful spot. Location cannot be beat. Plenty of things for kids to do in the area if they aren’t quite old enough for ski school yet. Property was clean, well-maintained, and had a good stock of kitchen items. The en suite bathrooms for each room really add to the benefits of this property. Be aware that the middle bedroom downstairs does sleep three but not three adults, as the room is small. We would rent again!

The condo is right in the heart of Lionshead in Vail. A 3 min walk to the ticket office, gondola and ski lift.
There’s a communal pool, jacuzzi and fitness room available which we didn’t use but looked good.
The condo was warm (we stayed the week before Christmas) and had the bonus of gas fires in the living room and master bedroom. Nice views of the slopes too.
It was well stocked with dishwasher, laundry and cleaning needs.
The bus stop is right outside and Vail village, best for restaurants and shopping, is a free 10 min bus ride. Buses seem to be every 6 or so minutes.
For ski and boot hire we used Black Tie Ski hire. They came round to our condo for the fitting. Maybe it was because it was the beginning of the season, but we got mostly brand new skis and boots (heated). It was expensive but the convenience and service was great.
All in all a fabulous break. I’d highly recommend the condo for the convenience and comfort. Vail is great for lots of easy wide open runs and great views. Definite 5 stars.

Perfect Two Floor Condo!
Our Home away from Home for seven of us ages 15-73. Comfortable and perfect location. Kitchen stocked and working so well for family meals. Beds were very comfy, Baths had plenty of towels, W&D used daily, gorgeous pool patio, manager & cleaning staff so pleasant and efficient. (One bath door needs adjustment.) We loved it all ! Lacrosse Families Tournament Trip
We stayed here with the three Lacrosse families so the room configurations were an important part of our selection process. The teammates all slept in the same room and the parents all had their own rooms which was perfect. The landmark is a lovely property and we used the pool. The condo was very clean and very updated. A new coffee maker might be an order, since we had to fiddle around with it a little bit to make it work, but it did work. The location of his property is perfect and all in all it was a 10 out of 10!

Great condo for family ski trip!
We loved the property. Perfect for our two families of four (8 seat kitchen table) and the dual bunk rooms were great for the kids. Location couldn’t be easier walking to rentals, food, and the gondola. Owner was super accommodating and responsive each time I reached out. Thank you, and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing property
We were a 3 generation family that have been going to Vail for over 30 yrs. Absolutely loved the location. Apt is clean and comfortable. Communication with Guillermo was outstanding. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for making this a great vacation !

Thankfully this unit had portable ac units that helped a bunch. We had two units rented and the second did not have ac and it was a little uncomfortable for our guest in the other unit. So a great thank you for thinking ahead and getting the portable ac units. They helped a bunch.

The condo was very nice and in a good location. Unfortunately it does not have air conditioning and the upstairs was 80 degrees and didn’t even cool down at night. Box fans just didn’t do the trick. Lower floor was a bit cooler. We were miserable! We could only open windows in living room. Bedrooms needed ceiling fans at the very least! It might also be nice if you had more than one hair dryer to share between 4 bedrooms. I’m sure this would be great in winter but definitely not for summer vacation.

Cool condo if only we could have been cool!

2nd stay as great as the 1st!
Loved the location. Easy to get to the mountain. Very clean. Could not have asked for a better stay. This was our second stay of the ski season. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive to questions before arrival. The property manager even checked in a couple times during the stay to make sure everything was as expected. View from living room is great after your day of skiing! Hop to stay again soon!

You will not be disappointed!
From the the moment we booked we had detailed communication on what to expect from the owner as well as the property manager. The day of check was smooth even though we were checking a little late. The owner and property manager contacted me to make sure we had everything needed to get checked in expeditiously. The property was better than described! The view from the sofa to the hill is wonderful for apres ski after your day on the mountain! The beds and home are all very comfortable, clean and livable! Kitchen is well appointed. The daily cleaning is comparable to any 5 star resort. They met every need and expectation. This property is very clean and well maintained. Thank you to the owner and his team for sharing your mountain home with us!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had more than sufficient space for our 4 adults and 3 kids. My only critique would be that the floors are a bit loud which made it difficult to sleep downstairs if others were up in the living room or kitchen. Location is great, just a short walk to the gondola. Protocols are different with COVID both at the condo complex and in Vail in general, so something to be aware of in this time.
