A very modern and clean hotel in an excellent location.5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants .Also very close to the railway station. Ample parking (free) Staff very friendly.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room a little disappointing.The little paper cups don’t really cut it in a four star hotel

Good location close to the centre of Le Pouliguen. Plenty of parking. Generally clean and comfortable although you have to climb into the shower which is in a bathtub.

I received an advice saying Booking.com had débited my crédit card followed by a message from the hotel telling me that the check-in time was 4 pm. 4 pm? Come on! I called them and was told they were busy and that was it. I asked them to try for 3 pm and they were completely unhelpful saying nothing could be guaranteed. Hôtels are taking more and more liberties but they should tell the staff to be a touch more sympathetic! As it was, we turned up at 3.15 pm and after a lot of moaning we got a room and were on time for a wedding at 4 pm. Elsewhere, the outside swimming pool looks good but it is covered with a glass structure and the air temperature inside was nudging 30°. We asked at reception if they could open the roof and were told that only the technical team could do this. End of discussion. Another case of médiocre customer service.
