Excellent location for the town and the beach/promenade.
Comfortable bathroom.
Good water pressure in shower.
Very clean.
Sofabed - we slept ok.
Requested very early checkout as we had to get a early train to Paris which was accommodated.
St Malo itself is lovely.
Not really a dislike but more a comment - the apartment was a slightly odd shape. This resulted in a fairly large bathroom and a L shaped kitchen/living room.

Super bien placé par rapport à l’intra muros et le bord de plage

Le lit faisait cuvette et du bruit lorsque l’on se tourne ce qui peut être vite désagréable
La caution de 500€ alors qu’elle n’est pas du tout nécessaire

I like because it’s near from intramuros... location is great!
Well unfortunately we’ve got a car so the reception told me that the parking is okey and they didn’t inform me that I have to pay for it because it was all good after I’ve got the key and show the apartment. On my check out time they inform me that I have to pay 40 euros for the two days duration of our stay and which is to my surprised I had an argument because of those holdup kind of charge. Well I’m not happy at all and they ruined the last day of my fun filled vacation which is totally wrong because I spent all my money after and they should settle all the payment before the check in so I’m not happy at all!!!
