About this house rental
This charming stone house Lucija is situated in the middle of Dalmatia county, between Split and Makarska. House was build originally in year 1918 but it was completely renovated in 2009 using natural materials but the original stone was well preserved. This is typical Dalmatian traditional house.
It is situated below hill and has a beautiful view on the Adriatic sea and island Brac. The private path will take you to the pebble beach which is suitable for smallest children as the sea is very clean.
There are two spacious floors with 104 square meters. The first floor consist of a living room and fully equipped kitchen made from brick and granite.
The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 person and it has 2 bathrooms.
The whole house is air-conditioned.
In front of the house there is a big terrace with barbecue. While lying by the heated swimming pool (22m2) you can enjoy in pine trees fragrances and peaceful view.
There are two parking spots, one in front of the house, the other one is above the beach on the main road.
Don't forget, you are only 40 minutes away from Split.

We couldn't have asked for a more idyllic stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, with the most amazing views. Our host was so welcoming and helpful; it really felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen, war liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett und sehr hilfreich.
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, die 200 Stufen zum Meer und zum netten sauberen Strand sind sehr gut machbar.
Der Pool liegt sehr schön und ist immer sehr sauber, da er tgl. früh morgens von einem netten Herren gereinigt wird.
Von den wenigen Menschen, die täglich die Terrasse kreuzen, um ins Nachbarhaus zu kommen oder einen kleinen Spazierweg zu erreichen, braucht man sich nicht irritieren lassen.
Wir haben die 2 Wochen dort sehr genossen.

Sobald man die kleine Auffahrt zur schönen Steinvilla kommt ist man von der tollen Aussicht fasziniert. Nicht nur die schöne und komplett ausgestattete Küche, die geschmackvollen Zimmer... sondern auch die Vermieterin Zorica ist sehr charmant und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch. Ob eine Ganztagesbootstour, ein tolles Restaurant oder Tipps für Wassersport. Sie ist super vernetzt und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Vielen vielen Dank !!!

Am Ende einer kleiner Gasse, ca. 60m oberhalb des Meeres, gelegen bietet dieses Ferienhaus die perfekte Erholung. Medici ist ein kleiner Ort, abseits von Trubel und Party. Vom Haus führt ein kleiner Weg direkt zum Kieselstrand. Aufgrund der Lage sind dabei rund 200 Treppenstufen zu laufen - und leider auch die Küstenstraße zu überqueren. Zum Glück kann man beim Wiederaufstieg erst einmal zum Abkühlen in den eigenen, privaten Pool springen. Dieser wird täglich gereinigt und ist dank kaum Chlor auch sehr 'augenfreundlich'. Der Pool ist ca. 1,6 m tief und insbesondere für Kinder ausreichend groß. Sehr angenehm ist, daß es neben dem Pool noch zwei Liegeflächen und 4 Liegen gibt.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos der Anzeige entsprechen genau der Realität. Was man auf den Fotos nicht so genau sieht: die Qualität der Sanitäreinrichtungen, der Küche, der Möbel (Betten!) etc. ist wirklich sehr gut.
Für uns das Highlight war die riesige Terrasse. Von Frühstück bis zum selbstgegrillten Fisch am Abend haben wir alle Mahlzeiten nur hier eingenommen.
Obwohl die Zufahrtsstraße eng und steil ist, kann man mit dem eigenen Auto direkt bis zum Haus fahren und hat dort auch einen eigenen Parkplatz.
Die sehr netten Vermieter runden den absolut positiven Gesamteindruck ab.
Wer gerne selbst grillt, das Leben gern draußen verbringt und sportlich genug für 200 Stufen zum Meer ist, für den ist dies das perfekte Ferienhaus. Viel Platz, hochwertige und komplette Ausstattung.
Für wen ist dies vielleicht nicht der richtige Ort? Wer ohne Party und Nightlive nichts sein kann oder sich vielleicht daran stört, daß 2-3x am Tag Gäste eines weiteren Ferienhauses deren Zugang nur über die Terrasse dieses Objekts möglich ist, vorbeihuschen.
Allen anderen können wir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir jedenfalls werden wiederkommen!
