Location was good and nice to have parking.
Liked not having to carry keys.
Very basic and not all that clean although bedding was. The reception and communal hallway was just grim and not welcoming with rushing, dirty bedding and pushchairs all over the place. The pile of fag ends by the front door was really welcoming. Everywhere needed painting and carpet replacing.
The apartment really needs some money spending on it. Lots of things broken and dirty. Firedoor wouldnt close because sofa was blocking it. Carpets frayed, bedroom doors not shutting, no lock on the bathroom door and wardrobe falling apart to the point we couldn't use it.
The window in the sitting room was so drafty that it moved the blinds, when we checked it was only held shut by a sash jammer, the window handle didn't work at all.
