Although the villa is a little dated and in need of some building maintenance here and there... overall it felt very homely and comfortable. We were a party of 7 with two young children and the villa certainly had more than enough space to accommodate us all. We made use of all the facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which were great. The large screen projector with a PS 5 was well used by all. Rachida and Abd are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They kept the property spotlessly clean and the gardens well maintained.. also took us to the local supermarket and alcohol shop a few times to get supplies until we found " Glovo" app which offers a delivery service for supermarkets and restaurants. Would we book this villa again ?? most definitely when we return to agadir one day

Villa in Adadir was wonderful. Rachid and Rachida were excellent. Rachida kept the villa spotless. Rachid was outstanding and helped solve any and all concerns. He even got involved with car problems and helped with language communications. We stayed in the villa 34 nights and you will be very happy if you rent this property.

All the rooms a good size and lots of moroccan mosaic bathrooms. The highlight without doubt is the 2 x 3 m screen in the upstairs room for watching netflix etc after dark. Such a superb addition is also a first for us a rental property. The pool although too cold for swimming in December is the biggest and best in over 10 properties we have previously rented. We used all the daylight hours and some of the evening ones sitting outside here since the garden was well lit. I believe it will now have out of season heating which would mean we probably would never have left the beautiful garden! We particular we enjoyed spotting the several tortoises living in the garden. Fatima deserves a special mention for doing ALL our washing up since the dishwasher didn't work and generally looking after the house during our stay. Rachid always on hand to tame banging shutters (we had some wind our first days) and start up the Hamman or sauna in the basement for when we returned from a day out. Wonderful additions to an already well appointed property. The house is secure in its own grounds and in a nice area only a short drive from down town.

Les prestations annoncées par l'annoncent sont au RDV, rien à redire. Le gardien Rachid, nous a accueilli parfaitement et il nous a accompagné pendant ce séjour d'une façon remarquable. La propreté à notre arrivée n'était pas au niveau souhaité mais cela a été corrigé immédiatement. Merci c'était superbe.
