We spent a wonderful week in Enrica's Villa.
The house is situated in peaceful and safe neighbourhood with beautiful view of the sea. Very well equipped, clean and beautifully arranged, everything you may need for relaxed stay.
Enrica was very helpful in finding interesting attractions , and during the last night of our stay she hosted us with delicious homemade Sardinian food.

Une excellente adresse. Top-classe idéale
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ils parlent également le français ce qui est très agréable. Ils sont très discrets et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, barbecue à notre guise. Ils nous ont conseillé des restaurants et les belles plages de la région. Ils nous ont invité à manger un repas traditionnel et à goûter le fameux « Mirto ». C’est très volontiers que nous y retournerions je ne peux que vous recommander cette adresse.

Idéal pour de belles vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Enrica : l’appartement est très agréable, très calme, la situation en sous-sol apporte une fraîcheur appréciable en cette période de forte chaleur. La maison est très jolie et bien entretenue, la piscine vraiment idéale à tout moment de la journée… Tout était parfaitement propre. Enrica et sa famille étaient vraiment très sympathiques, de bon conseil et nous avons passé un très bon moment en leur compagnie. Je recommande sans hésiter pour passer de belles vacances sur cette magnifique île.

Sehr schöne FeWo um den Süden von Sardienen zu entdecken
Die FeWo befindet sich -wie beschrieben- im Keller in einem sehr schön gelegenen Haus. Damit ist sie grundsätzlich eher kühl (fanden wir super)
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Gastgeber wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr, sehr freundlich und versorgen auch mit Informationen was man so alles entdecken kann.
Unsere Kinder haben den Pool sehr gern genutzt.
Wir würden empfehlen, ein Auto dabei zu haben, fußläufig ist wenig zu erreichen.
Wir können uns vorstellen, die Ferienwohnung noch einmal zu mieten.

Location agréable
Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette location qui correspond bien à la description de l' annonce. Au calme dans un quartier résidentiel nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Des l arrivée nous sommes bien accueillis et les propriétaires attentifs à notre confort nous partagent les lieux à visiter. Une belle rencontre . Je conseille cette location.

Sardinien an Ostern 2022
Wir haben Mitte April eine Woche Familienurlaub auf Sardinien gemacht. Der Kontakt zu Enrica war schon vor unserer Reise sehr entgegenkommend und angenehm. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von ihr und ihrer Familie mit einem Abendessen empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz und ist wie das gesamte Anwesen sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Gasherd lädt zum Kochen ein. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut entspannen und fühlten uns stets ungestört. Auf Wunsch stand uns Enrica mit Rat und Tat und Insidertipps zur Seite. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern ist sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Man erhält alle benötigten Informationen.

Magnifique Séjour
Très bon séjour dans la propriété d'Enrica qui a été une hôte très attentionnée. Elle nous a aidé sur les différentes réservations que nous avons faite (restaurants, location bateau, conseils sur les plages et environs etc...)
La maison est très belle et très propre dans un environnement hyper calme et relaxant.
Le sud de la Sardaigne est magnifique vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!!

Merveilleux séjour dans un endroit magnifique avec vue sur mer et piscine privée !
Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé dans un cadre magnifique. L’emplacement est idéal (quartier résidentiel calme à proximité des commerces et plages).
Enrica et Maurizio nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont été d’une aide très précieuse tout au long de notre séjour (bonnes adresses pour plages, restaurants, lieux à visiter…). Des personnes d’une extrême gentillesse.
Maison totalement équipée avec tous les accessoires à dispositions pour l’intérieur et l'extérieur (parasols, chaises de plage à disposition).
Chambres confortables, douches intérieure et extérieures, barbecue, machine à laver… On s’y trouve comme à la maison !
Rapport qualité/prix imbattable !

Accueil très sympathique dans un logement bien équipé
Enrica et son mari nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Ils occupent l’étage supérieur mais respectent complètement notre intimité. Ils nous ont offert un dîner sarde partagé avec plaisir. Des conseils de visite nous ont été donnés. La piscine et le coin repas extérieur étaient exclusivement pour nous. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent accueil! Enrika nous a superbement accueilli dans sa maison. Location chez les propriétaires qui savent se faire discrets mais d'une excellente aide pour visiter le sud de la Sardaign (adresses de plages, de sites et restos..)
Location en souplex très propre (Enrika est une vraie fée du logis!!) au frais avec la piscine qui nous est réservée. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés!!

Wonderful experience
The spot is the perfect place for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enrica is a great host who ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. The Villa was as beautiful as pictured. I would definitely recommend staying here.
To be honest, We had the impression to be home. Enrica is always there to advise you and find the best spot that you are looking for. Moreover, we really enjoyed all the discussion that we had over various subjects. Thanks for all the advices and all the hidden gems of Sardinia that we discovered thanks to you !

Belle vue sur le golfe de Cagliari
Bel accueil, belle propriété dans un environnement peu animé . Maison soignée et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque. Matelas un peu trop ferme pour moi. Dommage que le temps ne nous a pas permis d'essayer la piscine. La région est intéressante à visiter pour ses plages et marais salins.

Traumurlaub auf Sardinien in wunderschöner Unterkunft
Unser Urlaub auf Sardinien war wunderschön und wir können das Apartment bei Enrica und ihrer Familie sehr empfehlen. Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und hatten wirklich eine super Zeit dort. Die gesamte Anlage des Objektes ist sehr gepflegt und absolut traumhaft. Das Apartment ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und dadurch, dass es im Souterrain gelegen ist, zu jeder Zeit angenehm kühl. Enrica ist wahnsinnig herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten dank ihrer unzähligen Tipps die schönsten Strände erkunden und die besten Restaurants besuchen und mit jeder Frage auf sie zukommen. Wir sind mit unserem kleinen 11-Monate-alten Baby verreist und auch für ihn war es perfekt dort. Die Anlage ist mit allem ausgestattet von Baby-Schwimmreifen, Babybett, Babystuhl, Sonnenschirmen, Sonnenmuschel und einfach absolut allem was man braucht. Die Essenseinladung von Enrica und ihrem Mann war noch das Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes, mit sardischen Spezialitäten haben sie uns verwöhnt und uns einen Einblick in das Leben dort gegeben. Es war fast wie ein Besuch bei Freunden. Wie schon andere Gäste geschrieben haben, ist der Pool und der Ausblick auf das Meer wirklich genial und es stand uns alles zu unserer alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit gestört gefühlt und fanden es immer sehr schön uns zwischendurch mal kurz mit Enrica oder ihrer kleinen Tochter zu unterhalten. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Das Objekt ist in wunderschöner Umgebung sehr geeignet für Paare. Für Familien finde ich es bedingt geeignet, da keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist und das Springen in den privaten Pool nicht erlaubt ist. Die Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück und die Privatsphäre wird dadurch stellenweise sehr beeinträchtigt. Ansonsten ist die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen.

Maison et Propriétaires parfaits
Espace extérieur magnifique , logement très spacieux et propre avec beaucoup d'équipement . Parfait pour un séjour avec un enfant et un bébé . Propriétaires adorables . Très bon moment partagé autour d'un goûter typiquement sarde . Enrica et son mari parle parfaitement français. Leur fille est vraiment été très gentille et attentionnée, mon fils a vraiment apprécié ces moments. Bon plan de sortie donné dès l'arrivée . Un vrai paradis pour les enfants et parents. Une vue à couper le souffle avec en prime un magnifique coucher de soleil tous les soirs . Très bien situé. Je recommande +++. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux , ne changez rien tout est parfait .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour nous.
Leur petite Marzia est charmante.
Enrica nous conseille et nous oriente sur les bonnes adresses, les bonnes plages, et les bons prestataires Notamment pour la location de bateau a proximité de la résidence, qui était vraiment un gros plus pour visiter la côte. Enrica s’occupe de tout. Le logement est bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel, à proximité de belles plages et de Villasimius. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et très propre. La piscine et l’espace extérieur nous sont réservé, nous avons même accès au petit jardin, avec de belles prunes, tomates cerises et aromates. Nous avons apprécié de partager un repas typique sarde avec nos hôtes, et avons réellement passer un agréable moment.
Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour, et gardons un beau souvenir de ces vacances. Si vous venez en Sardaigne n’hesitez pas poser vos valises à Quartu Sant’Elena.!!
Le seul conseil que je peux vous donner si vous devez louer une voiture même si le tarif paraît alléchant ne louer pas chez Sicily By car.

Super séjour dans une location au top
Enrica et son mari nous ont reçu très chaleureusement dans leur maison. L’appartement est très bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. Sa situation semi enterré apporte de la fraîcheur fortement appréciée en ces périodes de grandes chaleurs d’été. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du salon extérieur à notre guise. La location est bien située dans le Sud Est de Cagliari près des belles plage. Une très bonne adresse à recommander sans hésitation. Un grand merci à Enrica et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur attention.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten Quartier, wenig touristisch, somit kommt man mit den Einheimischen direkt in Kontakt.
Der Strand bzw Meer sind ca 2km entfernt, Auto von Vorteil.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un accueil génial mais surtout un séjour au top ! Enrica est au petit soin pour ses hôtes ! Toujours disponible et à l'écoute elle a su nous conseiller dans nos recherches pour visiter la Sardaigne, elle a même appeler pour nous faire des réservations vraiment un avantage pour nous qu'elle parle le Français !

Incredible stay at Enrica's villa
We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Sardinia at Enrica's villa. The villa is clean, well-equipped, and looks exactly like the photos (if not better)! Enrica and her family were so welcoming and kind and truly treated us like their own guests rather than strangers. Enrica went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable by cooking us dinner and taking us sightseeing and shopping. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would be thrilled to return. I would highly recommend staying here for an authentic and wonderful Sardinian experience.
