Was good price. Was only 5 minutes to where we met for charter boat.Bed was comfy. Also had benches outside of rooms with ashtrays. That made it nice to sit outside and watch traffic.
Lady working front desk couldn't check us in. We had to wait for her son, but only waited 5 minutes or so.

Location was good for my purposes. Nice to be able to park by the room door, and on the ground floor.
A more modernized facility - seemed outdated.
