Good value for money

Air-conditioning was working well in all rooms, the apartment was clean, the mayor was very kind and helpful. Location is great as well, close to city center and shopping streets. Main attractions like palace and cathedral is about 15 mins walking.

The breakfast is not a real breakfast as you would imagine. You get some prepackaged ham, butter, eggs and jam in the fridge and a square bread. Don't dream of a classic continental breakfast or not even a fresh croissant. There are options nearby to get this in cafés, but you need to dress up and leave the apartment for this. One of the bed was a bit bumpy, meaning if one was moving even a bit the other felt it like earthquake. Some of the furniture requires fixing and there is a loud buzzing noise after each toilet use. Mayor asked 7€ extra for storing our luggage for about 3 hours after check out. I felt it's unfair a bit as this is usually free service.

Excellent visit to Seville

Great choice for breakfast including gluten free options and bacon and eggs. The owner was very responsive to our wishes and even allowed us in early. The location was good as everywhere was a short walk away, about 15 min to the Alcazar area. Taxis were always easy to find if needed. Apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay. The Alameda de Hurcules area is fun in the evenings if you don't want to go to the centre of the city.

Very minor need for a small saucepan!

On opening fridge actually said “Wow”. Great choice. Good coffee. Fabulous location for walking everywhere. By car to park overnight the access was tricky.

Don’t know if it’s a Spanish thing, but mattresses very hard.

Amazing location, very nice touch with a bottle of wine and breakfast. Comfy beds too!

Overall all right

Due to a host’s mistake, we apartment we were delivered was not the one we paid for. We should have had two sleeping rooms, instead we had one, and a sofa bed. Besides the owner’s excuses, we had no refunds. Probably it wouldn’t have changed much, but…

Great apartment in central Seville

Sweet Home Alameda is a great apartment in central Seville. It’s spacious enough for four persons and has all the necessary appliances. Two sets of keys made things easier. The breakfast supplies and even some beer and a bottle of wine were at the apartment when we arrived. The WiFi worked well and the beds were comfortable. We loved the place. Warmly recommended!

There was a dishwasher but no detergent.

Great place to stay

Walking distance to many restaurants and within 20 minutes walk to major tourist sites. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The host was a very nice lady, responded quickly and filled things up at apartment when we requested.

Exceptional

The place is worth so much more than you pay! So easy to be found, spacious, very new or newly renovated or taken care very well- not sure which is the option but feels that no so many people lived there. It is amazing place for short or long stay. Has everything you need if you would live there! Owners considered everything very well. Also! Simple thing but makes the wish to come back- owners left for “welcome pack”! Fridge was full of essential food, nesspreso coffee, wine! Just felt very welcomed! 1000proc recommend.

Great location for all the sights. Quiet street in old town. Very well equipped apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Host answers messages quickly.

Toaster did not work, but only a minor problem. Would have liked more pillows as only one on each bed.

'sweet' is not an exaggeration...

nice and cosy appartment in the old part of town. excellent location for exploring the different neighbourhoods and everything is easy to reach within walking distance, so ideal for walking around the beautiful city of Seville. in the vicinity -within a 5-10 minute walk- are lot of very good and very affordable tapas bars, there's a supermarket around the corner, the main shopping streets are only a walk away, .. the appartment itself is very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and with a lot of facilities that come for free. a good breakfast is included. also you will be hosted by a lovely owner, who's very helpful in all aspects and even goes 'the extra mile' to make sure you are at ease (or can retrieve some forgotten stuff after check-out). really nice.

didn't like is not correct, but we were taken by surprise a few times by the placement of showerhead with a very wet floormat as a result.
