Good place to stay in Ourense. Staff is helpful speaks English there is a kitchen to use and self service breakfast is quite nice. Easy access from the bus/train station. Recommended.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is included. Very nice coffee machine. The hostel is quite spacious.
The showers are quite small and directly beside one another meaning that we have no privacy at all. There isn’t any place to put our toiletries in the shower.
I met different staff members. One was nice but another one acted very indifferently towards us as guests. No hospitality at all which is a shame and part of the job of a host.
Although the hostel is quite spacious, the use of the space is puzzling but this an issue of construction, architecture and design.

Por el precio el desayuno incluido está bien.
Sobre todo el ruido y los colchones. Las taquillas no funcionaban bien
