Excellent Hospitality, Friendly Staff, and a Wonderful Six-Night Stay!
I had a wonderful experience during my six-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur South, Malaysia. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and I was particularly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the staff.
Everyone, including the front desk team, housekeeping, parking attendants, security personnel, and restaurant staff, was welcoming, polite, professional, and always willing to help. Their consistent kindness made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Ms. Nadia (Front Office Team Leader), Mr. Rehan, Ms. Karesha, Ms. Elseh, Mr. Hans, and Mr. Azib from the Front Desk Team; Ms. Zsa Zsa and Ms. Syafiqa from the Restaurant Team; and Mr. Aidil (Senior Duty Manager). They were genuinely kind, attentive, and supportive, and their outstanding service made my stay even more memorable. Their dedication and professionalism deserve special recognition.
The welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, and excellent customer service made this a truly enjoyable experience. It is refreshing to stay at a hotel where the team genuinely cares about its guests and takes pride in providing good hospitality.
My sincere thanks to the entire Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur South team for making my six-night stay so pleasant. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I would love to stay here again on my next visit.

The rooms were extremely clean with a very good breakfast. Good view from the rooftop too.
The elevators were difficult. Only two working elevators for that many guests made it extremely difficult. Sometimes we were waiting for 20 minutes and people would be extremely rude and push in to get into an elevator. We had to walk down 14 flights of stairs with our backpacks to make sure we got our train on time. I think it would be extremely beneficial if the third elevator was fixed.
The hotel staff were helpful, with a very nice doorman. However, I was ignored a couple of times at the reception, and the conversation went to my partner who is male. If I am conversing, then I do not expect to be ignored.

The housekeeping staff and the doorman were so lovely, it was in a good location, close to the RMT, many shops also
One of the lifts were still broken and we were on the 22nd floor so long wait times

Staff were friendly and kind and location is great
The elevators took over 10 minutes at times. As for the room I booked the Aircon wasn’t working. The blinds didn’t close the window completely or even close. And there was no hot water.
