About this villa rental
Nestled in Yeroskipou, this attractive villa for $102 per night is a great choice for your next break. This three bedroom holiday home occupies a prime position on the newly completed Paradise Gardens IV complex - a prestigious development of privately owned villas and apartments, built in traditional Cypriot style by the award-winning Leptos Estates, and set within beautiful, landscaped gardens. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over three floors, making it ideal for families holidaying with grandparents, or two or three couples enjoying a holiday together. The relaxing air-conditioned lounge is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed, two-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and two occasional tables. Sliding doors open onto the patio that is furnished with a table, four chairs and a parasol. It provides direct access to the pool, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The dining area has a large pine table, which comfortably seats six people and is perfect for formal and informal dining. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster and kettle. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied for guests wishing to eat in. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and table lamps. The twin and double bedrooms are on the first floor and the double has a full-width balcony overlooking the pool that is furnished with a table and chairs. With the second floor all to itself, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and private roof terrace that is furnished with four sun loungers, two chairs and a table. There is also an airbed for children, which is particularly handy if you have a young child who you want to sleep in the same room as you. The first floor family bathroom has a WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also a shower and WC on the ground floor and an en-suite shower room on the second floor. The complex has two large swimming pools with poolside showers and sun loungers. In addition, there are four sun loungers provided for the exclusive use of guests staying at Paradise Villa. Additional features of the property include TV with UK television channels, DVD player, games cupboard, laundry airer, washing basket, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer in each bedroom. There is also a comprehensive information pack in the villa containing maps, bus timetable, details of supermarkets and restaurants etc. plus several Paphos guide books to enable you to get the most out of your holiday. For additional security, the villa is fitted with aluminium shutters, two smoke alarms and a safe. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. If you need a travel cot or high chair, these can be provided free of charge on request. There is a mini-market and snack bar at the entrance to the complex, a 2-minute walk from the villa. The seafront is a 15-minute walk and the bars and restaurants are 10 minutes away. The complex is a 15-minute taxi drive from Paphos airport.

I stayed with my family in October 2023. The process of receiving the keys and checking in was simple and the instructions and information pack were amazing. Details on how to get to the villa and the information about the surrounding area were great.
We had a hire car to get us from the airport but if you wanted to arrange transfers you could manage without a car as there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you into the main tourist area and there are buses to many of the main attractions.
The taverna that is 2 minutes from the villa, The Pambis Diner, has friendly staff and a lovely menu and served us well on a number of occasions during the stay.
The Food Supermarket was also great for stocking up on the basics when we arrived.
This villa is lovely and we would definitely book again.

Excellent accomodation. Pool was super. Very well kept. Communication was excellent we loved it. The location is a bit of a walk both to beaches and old town would recommend a car but for the large accomodation and amazing pool worth it. We had the pool to ourselves most days b

Really liked the Villa, only couple of steps to the poolside. Didn’t do much cooking but seemed well stocked. Very few people in the pool if any, Good shop 3 mins walk away stocked almost everything. Bit pricier than elsewhere but Lovely food in Pambi’s Diner, 5 mins walking from villa. They had entertainment some night including a Greek Night. Staff were very friendly. 15 mins walk to the beach area, bit hilly and pavements not the best so would struggle if you had mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

Communication from the owner was excellent. But the people that manage it not so good. We arrived and one of the rooms had not been cleaned or made up! I phoned and to be fair they came and sort of cleaned it and made the bed up. The rest of the property had been cleaned but not thoroughly it was really dusty on fans, under beds etc. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken so it couldn't be closed. Just little details like weeds in the front garden rubbish in empty plant pots, cigarette butt's and dirty balconies. The complex is lovely and in a perfect position for sight seeing once we had cleaned it our selves we had a great stay. One last thing the beds are very hard but that's a personal preference thing. Just a little tlc and it would be fab.

Half term stay
The communication with Paula, the owner, was excellent, emails were answered swiftly, keys arrived in plenty of time along with lots of useful information on the property and local maps. My husband and I took our three grandchildren during February half term, and were very pleased with the property. It was spotless, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed.
The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, we had some lovely sunny days and the patio and verandas were sun traps.
The location was ideal, only about a 10 minute drive into Pafos and about the same to the Tombs of the kings.
All 8n all we enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villa and would certainly consider booking again.

Lovely Quiet Location
Just came back from a week at this property. There were two couples so plenty of room. Property is in a great location. Its away from the harbour and nightlife but set in a very quiet location which is about a 10 min walk. We appeared to be the only ones about as the only other people we saw were the pool man and the gardener and of course the cats! Having the pool right outside the back door was great with plenty of room to sunbathe. On the ground floor there is an outside table and chairs, then the first floor has a small balcony off the main bedroom and then a balcony off the top bedroom so ample room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, iron, clothes airer etc. The only thing I took were my kitchen tongs for when I cooked breakfast. We hired a car and parked outside the property each night no problem. Communication from Paula was good and would definitely go back as a great property.

Car parking wasn’t a problem , with a couple of shops in walking distance and a bar just around the corner. Would definitely recommend 👍

Firstly, with many thanks to Paula, the owner, for sharing her spacious house at a great price. She was very patient promptly answering our many questions before booking and responded quickly to our enquiries and in returning the security deposit. We received the keys along with information about the house and directions in good time. There were also travel books, and a great folder containing a wide range of information on Paphos, restaurants, tourist attractions, maps and much more.
We loved Paradise Villa particularly for its location. Very peaceful complex, nice & private not overlooked, yet near to bus stop for buses to harbour or old town, great farmhouse shop stocking fresh fruit (try the dragon fruit if in season) & veg and groceries at a competitive price, and Pambi diner open all hours offering good food. 20 minute walk to harbour, restaurants and beaches. There is also a new gym nearby which will soon be opening an indoor pool. Paphiakos animal shelter was also nearby, if you like animals do visit.
House itself is very spacious, and the balconies a great suntrap, capturing the winter sun, with views over fields. We loved sitting on the terrace too listening to the frogs croaking in the nearby stream. UK TV with a catch up channel was a useful bonus for the chilly winter evenings. Lots of useful labels for light switches, oven and washing machine etc, and really well equipped with cooking utensils, good quality saucepans and even baking equipment. A real home from home with everything you need thoughtfully provided. Thank you.

Excellent Family Friendly Villa
We had a great time! Beautiful villa with everything you could ask for including a roof terrace off of the master bedroom which you can just stare at the stars for hours from.
The Villa is situated in the heart of everything in Paphos and a stones throw from Coral bay and all the attractions that has to offer. The pool was lovely and warm and a good size!
Before our stay, the owner sent us the keys with a covering letter with everything you could wish to know and even maps of how to get to the villa and all the local information to help you plan.
This villa is amazing and well worth a stay.

Superb
The villa exceeded all expectations, it was so clean and spacious aswell as having everything you needed. It also had the luxury of WiFi, air conditioning etc which was just great. It is in a great location with 2 brilliant supermarkets close by as well as a short walk into Pathos town for great restaurants etc. We really enjoyed the lovely pool being literally on the villa doorstep as we could just sunbathe, hop in the pool or sit on the patio for a little rest out of the midday heat. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing holiday and I would recommend Paradise Villa to anyone.

Everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday
Lovely well appointed villa in a private and uncommercialised area of Paphos. Everything provided in comfortable accommodation with pool just a few steps from the patio. The local town and harbour is just a ten minute walk and a bar, restaurant and small supermarket just down the road. Recommended for a relaxed stay.

Very nice and sapcious appartment with everything you would need. So close to the swimming pool its wonderful if you have little one's. 15 minute walk to the tourist area and beaches and a bus stop just outside the complex. Communication with the owners was on point all the way. Its a gem in Paphos, i would hope to return.

A beautiful place
We all have had a lovely week the villa was beautiful and clean and everything what we needed, we spent more time in the terrace area the pool was a lovely size and well-managed. We will be returning again we give it a 5* rating.

Great location
The villa was very clean and well located. Only a 20 minute walk to Paphos harbour.
Pool is a good size and and well maintained. We had a minor problem with the first floor toilet (there are two others) but this was sorted very promptly by Ron (property manager) who was very helpful. Taverna just 5 minute walk away had good food and service. Shops also had all vital supplies. The owner supplied 3 sets of keys and some handy tips and advice.

Paradise
We had a wonderful experience of ‘paradise’ every day spent in this spacious townhouse in Paradise Gardens. The location was perfect, quiet, secluded with a view of the pool surrounded by palm trees, well tended gardens fringed with bamboo, a green field and orange groves beyond. There are two bus stops at the end of the driveway next to a local farm which specialises in dragon fruit and has a farm shop selling almost everything. It’s only a fifteen minute walk to the seafront, alternatively you can take the 603 bus to either the upper town or the harbour.
The owner and the English couple in charge of the property are very pleasant and responded quickly to any problems eg lightbulbs needing replacing. Everything was spotlessly clean when we moved in and we were well supplied with hand wash, bin liners, cleaning equipment etc which was much appreciated. The place is tastefully furnished, light and airy whilst the indoor dining area remained cool when outdoors became too hot. A larger sun parasol on the patio would give a bit more shade. The balcony outside the top floor bedroom is huge and well equipped with sun loungers. There’s a smaller balcony on the first floor. We woke up to the sound but never sight of the Cetti’s warbler who appears to live amongst the bamboo.
There’s a well equipped games and book cupboard and an excellent tv with access to U.K. tv channels and more films than we could possibly watch. The WiFi worked well with repeaters on the two upper floors.

Great property close to all amenities
Paradise Villa is an ideal town house - the pool is on the doorstep and the south facing roof terrace is great for sunbathing as it catches the sun all day. Pahos centre with its bars and restaraunts is within walking distance and the airport is a short drive away This was our 2nd visit and we will book again!
