We did several hikes in park. Great hike from top to bottom (rt) 1200 steps. Hotel perfect location. Restaurant was fantastic. Love the deluxe king rooms with the walkout patio. Views were spectacular.

Beautiful view from room patio, close proximity to hiking trails and falls. Dinner was delicious, and server was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good, but it would have been nice to have ala carte options.
Furnishings in room a bit dated, light mirror didn't work, no hair dryer, and locks in public bathrooms need to be checked by maintenance. It would have been nice to have board games for guests, especially since there is not much to do during the evening.

The location was amazing. We had one night and left really early, before breakfast, but we loved the gorgeous views and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The front desk people were more than welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. You have the same majestic view from the room.
It's not a big thing, but the shop on the premises closed early. This one is more like a suggestion - it would be nice if the hotel would have a grab-and-go spot with wraps and sandwiches. Especially since people can take the trails around the hotel. It could be a quick and convenient addition.

The views were beautiful.
The hotel is older with some upgrades. The restaurant was so-so. Not the greatest. When we arrived the bedding was dirty/stained. The front desk staff changed the sheets but that tainted the stay.
