Will be a hotel I continuously will go to because they are 5 stars across the board!

This my go to spot. Very nice and tidy. Facility and rooms are spectacularly peaceful and clean.

Race weekend

Best location I have stayed in over 2 years. Sorry I didn't find this location sooner. I'll be back!!

The sink in the bathroom wasn't getting Hot water. Had to shave with cold water.

Great service and clean room.

I loved the receptionist, Airah. She was amazingly sweet and helpful.

I didn't have hot water in the shower the morning I left.

I had a very enjoyable stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The channel selection for the TV was excellent. staff was very friendly and helpful.

The laundry services on my floor were not accessible with my key. I went to the 4th floor to find accessible washer and dryer. It was fine, just a little inconvenient.

Good

The breakfast was free, so I cannot really comment. Parking was plentiful and there was always someone there to greet us.

Room 235 has a handicap accessible bathroom. Water would flow out into a secondary drain in the bathroom. We used towels to dry up the floor and requested additional towles. I had to go down and get the towels , but no one came up to retrieve the wet towels. Three days!

Worst Holiday Inn that I’ve ever stayed in.

The Hotel is close to Texas Motor Speedway.

Didn’t like that fact that the hot water was Luke warm at best. Lots of guest that I talked with said they had same issue. Also room service didn’t clean my room on Sunday. The Magnolia Bar & Grill was closed down, but the hotel didn’t state that online. Also they don’t offer a free Continental breakfast. They charge for breakfast.

Worst stays in a Hotel in a very long time

Location

The Hotel did not provide breakfast nor Bar service as advertised. The charges for bottled water were $3.00 per bottle. The shower water never got hot, we tool cold to warm showers for three days after notifying the management. We heard several complaints at the front desk.

Won’t be back to this one

The AC unit ran constantly, not necessarily bad but I thought I was controlling it with the thermostat, by the time I woke up in the morning it was 67° in my room and I had to walk over to the unit to shut it off. Not to mention the whole room smelled like mold I woke up with the sniffles

The bathroom was pretty dingy even though they had one of those new mirrors the lighting was poor. Your selection of shower shampoos and so forth I really poor

Restaurant does not serve lunch- opens at 6.00 pm- too late for us!

We did not like the fact that there was no continental breakfast offered at this site. You had to order from a restaurant and pay.

had to find a waitress to take her breakfast order. Coffee in foyer was not hot and then later was not refilled. women’s restroom in entryway was not working.

Good option for a short stay

The hotel was clean. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a fan and a coffee machine in the room. We arrived around midnight, and the night front desk attendant was welcoming, respectful, and helpful.

This Holiday Inn does not offer complimentary breakfast. The convenience store in the lobby does not have a price list. There was no hand sanitizer in the dispensers.

They were very nice and accommodating. The Hotel was very clean for them to have such limited staff for the size of the hotel.

They were short staffed so I couldn't get my room cleaned daily like I like when I'm traveling.
