CP值高，兩層密碼鎖外門後，內門用鑰匙開啟，安全度不用擔心。附近街區感覺治安沒問題、晚上出門不害怕。
有空調、有洗衣機、提供晾衣架，方便洗衣。
交通上搭公車也算方便。
床墊比較塌、洗澡空間狹小。

The location is perfect with Metro stop 2min walk from the flat. The easy self check-in and very responsive hosts. Excellent communication.

Ubicado en buen barrio, muy cómodo y con todos los servicios cerca
Hay metro, supermercado, frutería, panadería….
Un barrio muy tranquilo y estéticamente está bien.
Hacia un calor y una humedad insoportable.
Llegabas de la calle y te sentías pegajosa e inmediatamente tenías que ducharte.
Al ser un bajo a pie de calle si abres la ventana que tienen en la puerta para ventilar te ve todo el mundo que pasa por la calle.
