The staff was OK. They weren’t very welcoming.
I was never told about the pantry where you can get coffee. I only discovered it the next morning on my own, and it was too late because I was always already planning to get coffee when I went out
I just felt like someone should have mentioned it when I check in and even showed me where it was

For our first time ever staying at a Candlewood Suites, I was very impressed. It was a very nice hotel and everything was great. I would stay at a Candlewood Suites again. Thank you.

Ice maker in the freezer, kitchen had everything that you would need, temperature control was great, decent sized tv, bathtub had a stopper, water pressure was great
It was not hard to hear others in other suites when walking in the hallways or if someone was a bit louder and you’re in your own suite. There was some juice spill in the fridge that was not cleaned which was gross but easily cleaned, can tell that in the suites are a bit outdated, some of the kitchenware was visibly old and should be replaced.

Room was musty and damp. Elevator broke down had to carry luggage up. Parking was very limited
