The location is close to both the bus station and the airport. The area is quiet and closed at night, so it feels safe. Great price compared to other options in the city.
The host was a bit strict, so the communication didn’t feel very friendly. The towels smelled clean but had some old stains that didn’t come out, and the pillows were too firm for me.

It was very clean, simple but clean.
The second night It was very noisy from the other guests sitting outside, probably drunk, but because there was no security there, no one was there to calm them down. I couldn't sleep at all, because of the noise.
There was a kettle but, No coffee/tea sachets, not even tea spoon...
No channels in English either. There were some instructions in Polish but I don't understand it, so I was forced to watch polish TV 😶🙂↕️
Extremely small and narrow beds, OMG I almost fell down turning one night 😅😇

We stayed at the Carter Hotel for a night. What about the room, it was quite good and met all our expectations.
1. The staff absolutely don't speak English, which made basic communication incredibly difficult.
2. We couldn't check in our room immediately after the arrival, even though it was supposed to be ready. They wanted us to pay an extra fee of 100 PLN just to get our keys.
3. There isn't any luggage storage. When we wanted to leave our bags and go for a walk, we had to leave them in some "banquet hall". But the next morning, we were refused this service.
4. There is no public restroom in the entire hotel — you can only use the toilet inside your room after you check in, which is an absolute nonsense!!!
