The location is absolutely divine. I would wake up, put my swim suit on, walk 30 yards, and be swimming in the sea. Our little beach was perfect, shallow, clear, warm, and so fun for snorkeling! We were there right at the end of the summer season, so not only was the weather lovely, the beach and living areas were always nice and quiet. We were an easy walk to town where we'd get dinner every night and to get to our boat trip to La Maddalena. Alberto was so communicative and would even just check on us during the week to see if we needed more coffee/towels/laundry tablets. Our last morning, he even made us coffee that we shared on his patio! The apartment itself has a full kitchen, a washer, and great AC. My boyfriend and I are already scheming to get back to Palau and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The host, Alberto, was absolutely excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The view from the apartment was amazing, and having access to a private beach was a huge plus. We arrived late at night with our child, when all the shops were already closed, so we were especially grateful that the apartment had everything we needed to prepare food for our child. It was such a thoughtful and convenient touch after a late arrival.
Another huge advantage was the three air conditioners in the apartment. They truly saved us during the intense summer heat and made our stay much more comfortable. The high-speed Wi-Fi was also excellent — fast and reliable throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the beautiful location, great facilities, and especially the wonderful hospitality of Alberto. We would happily stay here again!

Die Lage ist herausragend. Davon lebt die Unterkunft. Direkt am Strand und auch einem separaten Hundestrand. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgebaut, geräumig und hat ausreichend Aircondition. Die Küche ist sehr ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche fällt gegenüber der restlichen Ausstattung (Billi IKEA) ab. Das Parken war kein Problem. Im Sommer stelle ich mir das kritisch vor. Die Waschmaschine war hilfreich und gut. Die 2. Terrasse zum Trocknen war auch gut.
Die Anlage ansich, ausser der Wohnung wie gesagt, ist alt, und für den stolzen Preis der aufgerufen ist, nicht auf dem Stand der Zeit. Alles reperaturbedürftig und in die Tage gekommen. Keinerlei Extras. Alle Angebote die in Booking angepriesen werden bezogen sich auf ein nebenan befindliches Hotel und konnten nicht oder nur gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Für den Pool muss man 40 Euro pro Tag bezahlen wenn man zu 4. ist. Also auch kleine Kinder. Das ist wirklich dreist. Die Liegen stehen im Dreck (wohlwollend im Gras) nicht auf Sand. Das Personal des Hotels ist unfreundlich und macht sich auf italienisch über die externen Gäste lustig. Der Kontakt ist nötig, wenn man zum Beispiel die im Booking angebotenen Dinge wie Tischtennis oder Tennis oder auch den Kids Club besuchen will. Was, wenn man ehrlich ist gar nicht möglich war. Daran haben die gar keine Interesse. Keine schöne Erfahrung. Das W-Lan funktioniert leidlich. Netflix geht ok. Dienste die nicht puffern funktionieren nicht gut, insb. wenn sie auf einen direkten Rückprompt des Servers angewiesen sind, dieser läuft oft ins Leere was dazu führt dass die Anwendung ausfällt. ZB Videocalls für Business sehr schlecht möglich. Wir hatten noch ein Problem mit unserer Hündin, die war läufig und es streunerte dauernd ein männlicher Hund durch die Anlage und der belästigte uns. Ich bat um Unterstützung, hab aber keinerlei Hilfe bekommen. Es wurde nur mit der Axel gezuckt und darauf verwiesen, dass man da nichts machen könne.
