The hotel is practically on the beach, breakfast is served on the roof top, very nice views.
Very spacious & clean room.
Front office staff helped us with booking a rental car & taxi pick up/ drop off.
We had a fridge/ freezer in our room, which was very handy to keep drinks cold. Also a kitchen cupboard, but no utensils at all .🤷
We didn't have towels on check-in, were told we will get them by the evening. Came back from the beach in the evening and still no towels.
Reception staff managed to get us 2.
A cloth hanger would have been ideal, since we didn't have anywhere to hang bathing costumes & beach towels after use, due to no balcony.

Location, rooftop bar, daily room service, the room outlook. Some of the staff.
Some of the staff were not interested in serving customers properly. The food overall was poorer than expected, better at breakfast but very poor in the evening. Not a lot of choice in the evening and dishes basic and unseasoned. We ate out after the 2nd night and experienced some great restaurants. Perhaps it's the budget set for the cooks?
The jacuzzi area was a hazard with lots of broken plastic decking on its approach. The area was much smaller than the pictures led you to believe. For a hotel built in 2018, it hasn't been well maintained in general. We had to move rooms on day 2 as the air con unit in our room tripped out the whole floors electricity. The staff told us the issue was already known about but remained unfilled.
