I like its location and infrastructure. It’s about 10 minutes from the train station and the historic center, which makes it very convenient.
I’m not happy with the soundproofing. I can clearly hear the shower running upstairs..

St. Mother Mary from opposite front window was looking after me throughout my stay.
The host was brilliant by providing some clues on how to unlock the best of Catania.
Damp smell but just a little, it was not too much of a problem.

Very close to the center and central station
The room was very dark (not daylight, only the light in the room) and there was a smell of mold in the room and also a mold on the walls in the bathroom (it was very uncomfortable to take a shower in these conditions)
