Fantastic!! What a view and pool was amazing. A fresh morning dip was the ticket to a great day.

A beautiful property with amazing views! The pool is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge is super comfy. The fact that they had a back up battery which had lights and internet during load shedding made our stay. Centrally located meant we walked everywhere.

The pillows were a bit lumpy. Good quality pillows is something I look for. But when looking at the bigger picture and the experience as a whole, this was the least of our worries.

Beautiful location, great apartment but needs better looking after.

Stunning location, superb ocean views, incredible whale watching. Apartment well and tastefully furnished. Lots of comfortable seating. Beautiful garden.

Booked for a month but the place was set up for a week. No change of bed linen or towels, and minimum supplies. Wardrobe in second bedroom unusable due to broken shelf and a double mattress stuffed into it. Some extra touches - SA bird book, info on local flora and fauna and restaurant recommendations - would have been appreciated. A bit more attention to detail is needed as there were a number of maintenance issues - broken door handle, chipped crockery, both corkscrews broken etc etc.

The apartment was very good. We really enjoyed it.

No one came to meet us when we arrived and it was not a nice experience arriving at night without anyone to show us the room. I also tried to communicate during the stay with the owner and the feedback time was really slow.

Excellent location for whale watching and lovely coastal walk in to the centre.

Beautiful, Peacefull, the stillness of the mountains and the sounds of the waves.

I enjoyed the peace and serenity. Walking distance to the stores. Waking up and seeing the beautiful ocean. the friendliness of Illande and always ready to assist and advise. the privacy of the garden and neatness of the garden.

We had a fantastic stay!! Such a great location, perfect for watching whales from the comfort of your living room. Outstanding views, spacious, clean, and functional apartment. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay, and was able to arrange for a whale watching tour. Great wifi connection and cooking facilities - wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you so much!

Location was INSANE we watched whales from the living room sofas! Really comfy bed, huge bath...just perfect really!

A great time for me and my girlfriend travelling with our 2 friends.

I really enjoyed being right on the waters edge looking across the bay. I also thought it was very nice driving out to the wine farms and it was very useful to have a Spar grocer very close by, literally walking distance.

I would've liked references to visit various places or other recommendations. Family of my friends recommended Creation Wines and they were right to, also the nearby restaurant by the sea was very good.

A room with a view

Stunning views. Well appointed apartment with good location.

Unit doesn't have heating (for cold & wet days) and there wasn't a frying pan or lid for big pot. For the rest, this was an A-plus stay.

Can't beat the view, simply stunning. Close to all shops and amenities. Beautiful apartment.

The view was spectacular. The position was great. The apartment was spacious and modern. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The swimming pool was very clean.

The windows were so dirty that we had to clean them ourselves with my husband hanging out of the window to be able to see nicely out of them. There was a lot of dust under the beds etc. Could have done with a thorough clean. Bring own shower gel as no bars of soap provided. There was a tiny bit of left over shower gel in the shower.

Bathroom extractor fan very noisy. Missed amenities like extra toilet paper, hand sanitizer, hand wash liquid. Very small towels. Nespresso or similar pod coffee maker would have been nice. Only 2 wine glasses.

All in all Beautiful space with an awesome view, there was just no heater for the cold nights.

Great view, easy access to the apartment, spacious.

Beautiful views and interior. Sleep time not so great!

The apartment's exquisite view is beautifully complemented by the decorated interior. It is well situated to have a quick walk into town to grab a coffee and croissant. Beautiful towels. Enjoyed the board games provided

Beds & Bedding - the main bedroom's mattress was very soft despite the the mattress topper. The one single bed mattress was more like a hammock! Bedding was more suited to a summer vacation and definitely not catering for the cold Cape winter. The duvets were very thin and requests to provide winter duvets were not met.
