We rented 3 of the cottages as our son was getting married in Birdham. The location was ideal and having all our family and friends together was great. The garden set up was great too - we were able to gather together as the weather was super hot.
It’s a shame that the large kitchens in each cottage have so few plug sockets.
Also the crockery was very mixed and there didn’t seem to be enough decent size cups or mugs.
Aside from that no real complaints.

Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, well furnished, close to local amenities.
Foul smell in the upstairs bedrooms, not sure if the drains are blocked but its pretty pungent, also upstairs heating didn't work so felt chilly in the evenings. No welcome pack on arrival. Instructions on use of heating and information on local amenities such as supermarket, restaurants etc would have been helpful.
