La atención de Giuseppe, la persona que gestiona las habitaciones. Es muy amable y servicial . Además habla varios idiomas lo que es un plus. Ofrece muy buenos consejos sobre las visitas a la isla siempre bienvenidos para los que vamos a visitar. Muy recomendable.

The host, Giuseppe was very attentive. Every day he asked us what we were missing and he brought it to us in a few minutes. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The included breakfast was more like Italian style but you can ask Giuseppe what you like and he'll bring it for you. Mini bar was included and it was very rich and varied. The apartament is located in a very good and quiet area. You can also eat on a very good Restaurant located very close where you have 10% off because you are accommodated at Album Boutique Rooms.

Super clean, modern and organised located in the ‘newer’ part of Sassari with lots of excellent restaurants/supermarkets nearby. Comfortable sleep in an extra large bed. Giuseppe (host) is super efficient and has lots of great suggestions. He is also a foodie and will give you some very local excellent bites for breakfast of very high quality. great coffee machine and kettle in the room along with lovely little bites/drinks.
there’s no issue with the property whatsoever but as with all of Sassari/Sardinia parking requires being patient looking for a space…however the area the apartment is located in is free to park (yay!)

As a coffee lover, I adored the coffee machine in the room - a special business edition of Lavazza. The host was great and super helpful. We were with car and had no problem to find a parking space. The room was spacious and clean.

The host was very flexible, allowed an earlier check in. A child bed was offered without any hiccups and also complementary snacks for the little one.
Giuseppe was there to answer promptly for every question.

I find the default check in time of 1700 quite late, although it could be done earlier in my case.

You can simply see , Attention was paid to every detail in the room. Many mirrors , so clean yet you can see a dust on them. Only one advise , Fly net would have been nice on the window if there was.
Giuseppe is as real gentleman. Was lucky to meet him.
Good location , Easy parking , 10% discount at near by Nice classy restaurant with good wine list as well as the food.
Full mini bar with a bottle of Presecco was a nice touch.
And all was for very reasonable price.
If i ever go again to Sardinia , i wouldn’t mind to book once more again.

+ the room is excellent for a pair or a pair with a small child sleeping with them...
- ... but we are family of 4 and while there was enough sleeping space for 4 (a bed and a sofa), after preparing the sofa there was almost no space in the room :(. There were also not enough sitting space for 4 people to have breakfast.

The stay was the best one we had ever. The room super clean and much attention to details given. The owner served us personally a great traditional sardignian breakfast! You can notice the passion that is invested in the rooms and in the offered experience. We thank Giuseppe very much!
