Super host, with clear instructions also for the restaurants, super reactive, thanks. The room was perfect, super confortable and well equiped. Location is super as well.

We loved the place! Very big, modern, comfortable and clean room.
Self check-in/check-out, it was easy and flexible. Giuseppe, our host was fantastic: super good and clear explanations to arrive and check-in. He was very responsive, and super helpful, giving us also great recommendations!
There was one available parking place in a secured parking 30 meters away and Giuseppe was also flexible on the usage of the parking.
Location is good, walking distance to the city center. Nice simple breakfast in the coffee shop 20 meters away.
We loved it here and we definitely recommend if you come to Sassari!

It is like hotel room with the services included. Cleaning and changing towels every day.
Only balcony is missing.
