Beautiful views on the beach from this first floor apartment. It’s located in Eze Sur Mer. It may be good to have a car since it is difficult for drivers to find The property is clean and has 2 rooms in the house with 2 bathrooms. There is a small pool house that has been converted to a bed with an open bathroom. It’s not that big but has air conditioning and worked fine for us. There is another apartment above so you have to be careful about being to loud in the mornings or in the courtyard at night. As far as views it was fabulous and perfect if you are planning some time at the beach. The village is above and needs a bus or taxis. The other towns are easy access with the train right above the house with auick stops to Nice and Monaco. If you don’t have a car, the owner did suggest a driver Lionel which was excellent.

First and foremost, this property has a wonderful host--great communication, very friendly, and she keeps the property in excellent condition.The property itself is very spacious and comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor spaces with sea views, easy direct access to the beach, and a pool (also with sea views).And then the location was also very good. We used the local train and bus system to visit many different sights, restaurants, shops, and so on all up and down the coast and into the interior. It would also be a good central location if you had a car.So it was a wonderful stay, and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large place with direct beach access and a pool in the French Riviera.

Our group of three couples came from Canada for the Monaco F1 race. We booked this location unsure of the proximity to Monaco. It turned out to be two short stops on the train which is just a few hundred feet away. This train also provides access to all of the great restaurants and shopping in both directions. The pictures do not do justice to the property which is located on one of the most scenic shorelines on the Cote D’Azur. Short trips to Eze Village are made easily by car or bus and provide more breathtaking views. We highly recommend this property and wish we could have stayed longer than the week. Thanks Diane.
