The staff Vikram and Subhash were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They ensured that we were well looked after at all times and made our stay very enjoyable.
The hotel itself has a very cool aesthetic that is fun to explore.
Staff behind reception told us that we can pay by card at checkout for the food and drinks we had over the course of the stay and when it came to checkout time the same member of staff refused card and would only accept cash. This was frustrating as we had a flight to catch but had to go and find an ATM with limited time. Card payments for restaurant should be possible if the hotel also accepts card payments.

Excellent location, within walking distance from Toor Ji ka Jhalra, Stepwell Cafe, Pal Haveli, Raas Haveli, and the Ghanta Ghar. Very good value for money, spacious room. Very comfortable stay. The courtyard was quite lovely. I loved the terrace as it overlooks the Mehrangarh Fort and offers stunning city views at night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
There are no lifts so it isn't access friendly. The stairs are quite steep -- a good workout for the glutes and legs -- but it tires you out and may not be the best if you have injuries or cramps. The higher floors should have staircase railings installed for safety.

The staff were nice, except the old guy (assuming the owner). Location is good. They upgraded our room after a problem with the first one.
Many issues here. Most important is that the staff said they would arrange a ride to the train station at 3am and someone would be available to check me out at this time, this was not done. Luckily train was delayed so we didn’t miss it, but I was left scrambling at 3am to arrange a ride. The wifi was essentially non-existent, did not work at all for the first night and was very poor afterwards. The old guy (owner) chewed me out for ordering my own food from the outside, saying I need to eat at their restaurant. I didn’t appreciate being told what to do like this, as this policy was not listed on Booking prior to arrival. Restaurant only serves vegetarian food. Shouldn’t be an issue to eat my own food in the room. The room had an ant problem. The bed had broken springs that stuck out and stabbed me in the leg. AC in the first room didn’t work, but as noted we were upgraded afterwards, and the AC in the second room worked okay. Many power cuts at the hotel as well.
