Old Dairy is set in the heart of the countryside in a hamlet, amongst six other cottages, with an abundance of wildlife, making an ideal holiday cottage for two. Light and airy, with an abundance of beams, Old Dairy is a lovely barn conversion, with an fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge/dining area, large patio windows onto private garden, modern bathroom neighbouring double bedroom with kingsize bed, exposed beams, wardrobe. Kitchen, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, ice box, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Tasimmo coffee machine. Open plan lounge with Freesat TV, Netflix, DVD, Alexa, iPod dock, Stereo, independent fibre wifi, dining table/chairs, bathroom, shower cubicle, WC, totally enclosed garden, large patio with private lawned area. Furniture, rotary clothes dryer, Gas central heating, parking for one car, Bed linen/towels provided. Extra charge of £20 per dog, 1-2 small-medium sized well behaved dogs welcome.

Everything you could possibly need was provided, but especially grateful for the coffee machine! Comfortable beds, sofa and chair, great tv - even Alexa! Highly recommend.

The Old Dairy Barn is in an ideal location for exploring the coast and surrounding area. Very well equipped with comfortable furnishings and a good shower. It was good to have Alexa and Netflix. A quiet and peaceful location, we hope to return.

Very clean, comfortable and cosy cottage with a good patio area and enclosed garden area for our dogs.
TV set up was over complicated and we were unable to find channels - we wished to unwind in the evenings.
Otherwise this was a great choice.

A spotlessly clean and home from home little property full of home comforts. Set in a quiet location where all the local attractions are nearby- you are literally a couple of miles away from the Jurassic coast and Durdle Door. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. This was a lovely little break away and I would definitely recommend it. A high plus point is the secure garden for your dog and the lovely area it is set where you can walk your dog down the lane completely uninterrupted

This lovely little cottage down a quiet country lane was a great base for us to complete the South West Coast Path from between Weymouth and Poole.
We loved the pretty little enclosed back garden with the begonia pots. It was perfect for our two little dogs to wander in and out of the cottage safely. The bird feeders were a treat to watch too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet, little unit at this sweet, little farm. We used the unit as a home base for sightseeing in a different direction every day and always looked forward to returning. Lynne was a kind host and the bird feeder {along with the appreciated guides in the bookcase) was wonderful entertainment. It was nice to be able to do our laundry in preparation for moving locations at the end of the week. Thanks for the nice stay!

The Old Dairy was in an excellent location for access to Dorset’s main tourist attractions including Weymouth, Swanage, Old Harry’s Rocks, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
The property was well presented, clean and had all the features and amenities advertised.

The Old Dairy is in a great location to explore the area. A car is a must. Lovely walks nearby with beautiful scenery and typical rural villages and seaside towns a short drive away. Thanks to our host Lynne.

Comfortable and cosy stay with everything that we needed. This is the perfect location for exploring our favourite parts of Dorset, namely Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door to name a few. So nice that we were able to bring our pet dog to share our break with us.

For us it was just as advertised and in a great location for traveling around the area. Must have a car and shopping before you get to close to the area which is quiet and remote. Small shops in Weat Lulworth however arriving late they were closed..

We had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful Old Dairy. The property was spotless and perfect for our weekend away with our two dogs. The garden was a lovely suntrap where we spent a lot of time enjoying the sun and playing with the dogs.

Check in couldn't have been simpler. The barn was very well equipped, had everything we needed including a secure garden for the dog. It was very clean and cosy. It's located in a perfect spot for sight seeing the surrounding area. The sheep and new lambs at the property were adorable. Had a lovely box of chocolates and some milk left for our arrival. Would definitely recommend a visit. We had an excellent week, thank you

The location is great for visiting the beautiful beaches and surrounding countryside that Dorset has to offer.
Lynne was on hand in case of need, but everything was just as described.

The Old Dairy is amazing, it’s a proper home from home. It is situated centrally in Dorset and therefore, everything is close by. The hosts are really nice and the milk & biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy. We would recommend this property and would stay again.

The Old Dairy was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and coastline. It was cosy and had everything you could want for a 'home from home' getaway. The kingsize bed was really comfortable, the shower was excellent, there was everything you might need in the kitchen and the lounge area was really comfortable. We spent early evenings with a glass of wine on the patio in the garden (in Sept!) until the sun went down. And Lynne & Alec were perfect hosts. We'll definitely be returning.

The property is a conversion from a former dairy and has been designed to a really high standard. We were very comfortable during our stay and the dogs loved it! Very nice hosts too. Thank you.

We had a lovely few days. The house was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The only draw back is there are no dog walks accessible from the cottage and you have to drive everywhere.

Peaceful with a small but adequate enclosed garden. Perfect for the two dogs. Ideally sited for all that we wanted to do in the region. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Break for my partner, pooch and I. Very private and was great having the fairly large fenced garden for our bouncy pooch.
