We did not eat breakfast. We did not have confidence in the sanitation.
The outside grounds were a mess and the host was sloppy. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

bed was very comfortable. room was very warm due to weather. No A/C but fan.
house was very rustic, price better than large Hotels. very quiet, close to great restaurants. right on the water and great Board walk.

Beautiful old mansion very close the the shore, nice big yard. Polite owner/operator.
Place is owned and operated by an American who doesn't live there but for a few months in the year to run the place in high season, which explains the unkempt state of the building. He seems very keen to share his unsollicited conservative political views such as Canada being too communist. Room was cold and couldn't find a thermostat. Very loud barky dogs.
