Bel emplacement, jolie piscine et chambre propre.
Les process de Check-in et check-out sont catastrophiques : nous avons attendu 20 minutes à la porte pour pouvoir entrer dans le domaine et 30 minutes pour le quitter. La personne s’était engagée à être là pour le Check out et n’est jamais venue. Il n’y a personne sur place et aucune réponse aux appels téléphoniques ou message WhatsApp. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nous mêmes. Par ailleurs le wifi ne marchait pas dans notre chambre : signal trop faible. Le sèche cheveux était en panne. Globalement une mauvaise expérience.

The place was lovely with the pool to cool off later in the day and after walking around the historic City
You could only come and go to the property by car, as it wasn't safe to walk on the main road with no pavement nothing was close to walking safely as advertised.

The room was lovely albeit small but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and we could sit on a nice terrace.
The staff were lovely
The flithy pool! Clearly the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned for some time , the water was green and there was algae in it. We chose this accommodation because it had a pool but couldn't use it and no apology. The location, it's just off a main road and we couldn't walk to Ostuni. There is no pavement on the road outside the property and we were told the road is dangerous. Cars speed along the road.
