Villa Carinzia is a splendid two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Carinzia you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Carinzia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards) including 270 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Carinzia from the street level along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 25 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Carinzia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Garden The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is frequently crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations. Bottom FloorLiving Room The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano, for decorative purposes only. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the small terrace at the back of the house.
