This is our second stay at SuperTramp in Aguas Calientes. The private rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nice balcony and artwork. I appreciate the free bag storage.
Unfortunately, the prices have gone up, yet breakfast is no longer included. The lobby and shared spaces are getting really worn out with stains on the furniture. The requirement to checkin using a QR code and Google form is annoying. As much as I like the individual rooms, I would probably book elsewhere next time because the value offered by this hostel has declined.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Good price for a private room with a bathroom.
The windows don’t seal closed so it can get a bit loud but not too late.

Does not compare to a 50USD hostel outside of Aguas Calientes. Looks a little dated compares to the pictures. Windows which do not fully close, therefore noisy and chilly at night (earplugs necessary). Curtains that do not fully blacken the room (partly see-through). Short shower curtains making the complete bathroom wet after a shower. Unpersonal check-in procedure you have to do yourself via a google form.
