Came for a concert and stayed two nights. Didn’t have one issue. Will return again for other concerts.

Friendly staff, excellent location to the stadiums, room was clean, and amenities were as expected.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

The very, very small front lobby REEKED of Marijuana when we arrived for check in, as did the hallways. We were relaxing in the bed and the maid burst through the door, without knocking. Stated she "didn't know they checked someone in." The outlets were sketchy. It took alot of force to get things plugged in, then when we unplugged, plaster came out from behind them. The lights are apparently on a timer. We were sitting on the bed talking and they just went off. The beds were thinner mattresses on a metal frame. No kind of box spring at all. It is really close to the stadiums, but it's set back in the middle of a very sketchy neighborhood. Our uber driver told us when we get back to the room to "go straight to your room, lock your doors, and don't come out unless someone is screaming fire. Bad things happen there all of the time." Definitely will not be going back.

ONE WORD.. TERRIABLE.. NEEDED TO GET OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NOTHING... OTHER THAN IT WAS CLOSE TO ARROWHEAD STADIUM

FELT UNSAFE.. VERY SMOKY... NOT BLANKETS... BED HARD.. PILLOWS BAD... FELT COLT.. TERRIABLE....

Trashy. Left after 3 hours and our clothes smelled like smoke. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nothing, the place was a dump.

Hotel grounds were trashed. Trash laying all around the outside of the property. There are obviously long term guests considering the nature of extended stay hotels but there was at least one immobile car sitting on tire rims. There was a smoky haze in the entry way and the hallways. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke so bad that after three hours we couldn’t breathe and our clothes smelled like smoke. we booked a different hotel at 11pm and left. came back the next day, explained the situation, and were only offered a two night refund while still being charged for the first night even though we didn’t stay there. there is no staff at the desk during the overnight so we couldn’t tell anyone we were leaving. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Poor

It was close to family

The room had such a bad smell. We left the window open and sprayed perfume to try and mask it. After a while we would get use to it,,, but as soon as we would leave and came back,,, the smell would smack us in the face once again. The drawers were hairy, the window seal had cigarette ashes, there was a old bar of soap left in the shower. I took clorox wipes and wiped everything down. The place isn't terrible but it's definitely not being kept up. The smell.... really made the place terrible for us.

it was dreadful , disappointing and ruined New Years Eve

staff the rest was false advertising by booking.com! I spent two hours on New Years eve with your company and at desk with ESA Who also agreed you were in the wrong. you said you sent them an email and they were going to full refund me. I have to check out before they get here! no one has contacted me! I don’t get my money back im going to report booking to better business bureau to start!! came to watch a live chiefs game! you guys ruined my last ever New Years Eve as im end stage terminal!!

nothing I was offered by booking not only wasn’t here but this property offers none of what we’re in the photos and ads. no coffee in room , no dishes im room . neither are even available on premises, no shuttle to game, and THEY HAVE NO DINING AREA WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST I paid over 350$ for the amenities that booking offered! if I wanted a motel 6 I would’ve gone there for 42$ I have never been more disgusted in my life. no fault of Hotel or staff. 100% fraud from Booking . com the mirror did not exist in room . TV HAD BIG LIGHTS ON SCREEN ON EVERY CHANNEL!!. 1 towel. never got new towels or sheets or anyone offered to clean room!

Dirty... not worth the price especially on Kc Chiefs game weekends.

No, breakfast was offered. Wouldn't have eaten anyways, as we were in town for KcChiefs. We were going to tailgate. But if we weren't, we may have tried.... or at least ate the McD's that was delivered by door dash and left at the closed reception area.

Superb

The staff is very friendly. I needed a little extra time at check out and they were very accommodating. I love the room size too! Not too big and not too small for a single traveler like myself. I will stay here any time!

I would have liked to have my towels switched out without an extra charge, but I understand the concept and reason for the policy. I think each room should come with a broom and dustpan. I would have liked to be able to sweep without purchasing a boom at the store that I'll never use again. Lol

Get What You Pay For

Close to the stadium. Inexpensive.

Lots of noise from rooms around us. Couldn't get much sleep. Strong smell of smoke in the hallway and room.

The room smelled like an ashtray, despite being a none smoking room. The smell permeated all of our bed clothes and made it difficult to sleep. The room was dirty and not ready for us, there was no bedding, towels or anything ready.
