Property is old but very well located; suggested for SHORT STAYS of 1-2 Nights as it is 1 Bedroom Studio with open kitchen. Lots of Restaurants nearby and the Santiago Metro entrances are nearby. Excellent service and support provided by the host; Mr.Ignacio.
Too small and too old. During my stay; there was a temporary water cut for around 6 Hours in the building. Two out of the Three Lifts were out of service due to the water leakage issue on Floor Number -1. The Host Mr.Ignacio was very helpful through the whole process; constantly in touch with me by Whatsapp.

A estadia foi excelente e superou nossas expectativas. O apartamento é muito confortável, bem cuidado, limpo e possui um design moderno e agradável, proporcionando uma ótima experiência durante toda a viagem.
A localização é um dos grandes diferenciais: fica próxima ao metrô e a pontos importantes de Santiago, como o MUT e o Costanera Center, além de contar com ótimas opções de restaurantes e serviços nas proximidades. Foi muito prático para conhecer a cidade e nos deslocarmos com facilidade.
Outro ponto que merece destaque é a atenção do anfitrião, sempre muito solícito e disponível para ajudar. Todas as nossas dúvidas foram respondidas rapidamente e tivemos todo o suporte necessário durante a estadia.
Voltaria a me hospedar aqui com certeza!
