Good for the price.

In a quieter area.

No lift. Advertised as first floor. Maybe that’s different in Bulgaria as in almost top floor. Shower tray leaked. A few unwanted insects, but manageable.

The cleanliness and the facilities inside the house. The indoor design is vibrant with stunning colour.

The access from the main entrance was so poor. We have to climb 6 levels staircase with luggages. Once you get down, it have to really planned due to climb up the staircase is so challenging.

it’s in the last floor of the building and doesn’t have a lift,could be a problem if you have big luggage

Dirty place with good location

The location is close to the city center

It was full of cockroaches. We did not have clean sheets, the towels had yellow stains and the owner only left one roll of toilet paper for 3 people.

Excellent base to explore Sofia. Quiet area.

The location is excellent at Serdika for places of interest, tram and Metro. Clean, quiet area, basic. Flat is warm, it was very cold when I stayed there.

The photo of the flat was not the flat I stayed in. You need a flashlight to go up and down the entrance stairs of the building. A motion detector light goes on in the foyer, but there are no lights going up the stairwell. During the day it is fine as the windows give light. In the entrance to the apartments, there is a motion detector light and one at the top of the stairs to the 2nd apt.

Great location, very helpful host, nice breakfast restaurant just across the street.

Hardly any hot water in the shower, didn't match with 10 people staying there. Also, did not like that we found several cockroaches in the apartments :-/ The "chair beds" was not very comfortable to sleep in for adults

filthy dirty apartment with cockroaches, wouldn’t recommend

nothing, the property was filthy, hadn’t been clean prior our stay. the boiler was leaking water, the drains were all mouldy and filthy, the mugs were dirty had coffee stains.

there’re cockroaches in the apartment and when I contacted the property they completely ignored me. I wouldn’t recommend this property

Nice big family apartment in the centre of Sofia!

Nice apartment in the centre of Sofia near the metro station, everything is new and in perfect conditions. The host was kind to wait for our check-in at 21:30.

The two apartments have 9 proper beds (5 the apartment below and 4 the apartment above) but the extra beds are small, very hard and not comfortable at all). The kitchen are nice but not good equipped (just two pans per apartment and the fridge in the apartment above is very very small). Someone rang the bell at 22 o’clock on the first night! Very strange and scary!

The location was perfect

Firstly the advert should clearly state the apartment is on the 6th floor with circa 100 steps. We did not know it was so high up. We would have not chose this apartment if we were aware. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on the floor. It was barely a 3 inch matress The apartment was cold in the nights as there was no duvet so we slept in our hoodies. Thin blankets were supplied but were not providing any warmth. The apartment was apparently soundproofed but we can hear people from the other room as well as from the other apartments and the trams outside. The advert also stated there was luggage storage but when we enquired the host said no. When i said it was mentioned on the advert he chose to ignore me.

The location, the space of the apartment. It was also very well decorated and really colorful.

No elevator, wonky frying pan, slow stove, no dish brush. Very cold temperature. If you don't want to use the kitchen the apartment is excelent.

Good location but overall a poor place to stay.

The owner is a nice guy and is accommodating with arrival time etc. Heis also helpful if you need a bit of advice about the city. The property is in a great location, close to main sites and local amenities.

The entire flat absolutely stinks of stale cigarette smoke in every room. Which as non smokers my partner and I found quite disgusting. Even with the windows open the smell would not disappear, this made it very difficult to sleep and generally made us not want to spend any time in the flat. The property needs a deep clean, we found it to be rather bug ridden (mosquitos mainly but also a couple of roaches). Even with the windows shut we both got absolutely bitten to shreds. the rugs and sofas also need a proper clean. The shower also overflows even when taking a short shower.

It was nice cosy place.

A ton of insects, being allergic to most of insect bites it was incredibly bad experience, i had less than 5-6hrs of sleep for both nights. And i have awful skin rashes..

great central location - next to the Metro, bars and a supermarket. Cozy accommodation, new furniture, clean apartment. Host has been extremely polite to wait for us in the night as our flight was delayed!

Was short stay with large family and met our expectations.

Size of apartaments and rooms are good specially for large families looking for plenty of space, both apartaments using same entrance is good. Close to the center so can walk to enjoy city center or take public transport to go near areas.

Building itself is too old, no elevator so need to walk 6 floors which can be hard for elderly or people with knee problems. Two apartments are like duplex and they are renovated but upper one is axtension and it is getting too hot specially in the summer time this can make it hard to stay inside.

Woud not recommend this place mainly due to very uncomfortable sofa beds and dirty towels and sheets

Very Uncomfortable sofa beds (which are many); Smelly Towels; Dirty Sheets; Many stairs (no lift); Small Shower; Lot of Water spilling out the shower; Not enough toiletries for everyone; Only 1 pair of keys for each appt was very annoying for such a large group of people. Also, the description was misleading - there is no Futon bed and the owner mislead us even after directly contacting him (in advance) about the arrangement of the beds.

It is an apartment in the city center. Great location. It doesn't even matter that there is no elevator (sixth floor). Pleasant equipment. Sympathetic landlord and contact.

1. In the description of the apartment is written an area of 90 meters. It's nonsense. I was in an apartment which had a maximum of 60 meters. It is an attic, so you can imagine that it is small. Maximum height of rooms 190 cm !! 2. The landlord misleads guests! either knowingly or by mistake? These are actually two apartments. And he assigns them to guests. There should clearly be two apartments in the accommodation offer and separately !! Otherwise it is a fraud. I have the right to choose from two apartments. 3. I requested an invoice but did not receive it. And again, it wasn't that cheap.

Great location, amazing apartment, 5th floor no lift.

The owner was already waiting for me at the entrance. The location was super central and very close to supermarkets, bars, restaurant, gym, etc.

The apartment is on the top of a building without lift, when you reach it you can feel all the 5 stories.

Great location in the city centre

The location is great, only five mins from the main attractions. Newly refurbished apartment. There is a supermarket next to the apartment.

The apartment is on the 6th floor. No elevator. 108 steps from the entrance to the apartment. The microvawe was not available, although it is listed on the apartment description. There is an unpleasant odour in the bathroom.
