Room was on 2ndfloor but stairs not too steep. Very comfy bed. Location in Foss Street is ideal for the centre of Dartmouth. Access was unrestricted. No parking but I used the car park app Just park to park in Victoria Road

The owners were lovely and the location perfect. Tracey was very accommodating to my requests.
Great towels and bedding, although could do with 2 softer pillows for choice.
Shower was nice and hot and plenty of toiletries. Also nice selection of biscuits, tea, coffee.
Some cooking smells from the street, but nothing that bad.
If you are unsteady on your feet, please be aware that this is an extremely old building with uneven floors and steep stairs.
