About this apartment rental
The flat is a penthouse, and is located in a small building from the early 1900s, finely renovated, very nice, very bright and very well equipped! All our accessories, including the furniture are new.'It consists of a double bedroom, an entrance hall, with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It sleeps 4, plus an extra bed, and/or a baby bed. Our mattresses are Memory, and anti-allergic, for a good rest. In the beautiful terrace, you can 'have breakfast, or sip a coffee', and dine in the evening, enjoying a good glass of wine, with a very impressive view, on the walls of the old castle, with the two towers of Pisa, the Elephant, and that of San Pancrazio, the domes of churches, the old rooftops of the district of Stampace and the sea that is the frame! Being in the centre of the city, all services are within 5/10 minutes walking distance. Such as the central train and bus stations, the beautiful monuments, the cathedral, the Botanical Garden, one of the most beautiful in Europe, the various seats of the University, the Archaeological Museum, which with its exhibits, tells the most ancient history of Sardinia, the shopping streets, pizzerias, ice cream parlours and restaurants, and much more with the Cagliari nightlife, are just a few steps from home. A home, which makes you fully enjoy your holidays in total relaxation! I live in the same building, and on your arrival, I will be delighted to welcome you personally, as is appropriate. After the corona virus pandemic,we have kept the same prices as before! The electricity,you pay separately,at 0,40cents per kw,you will see the KW counter both on arrival and departure .

Anna is a wonderful and welcoming host who greeted us with jam biscuits and sweet tea on arrival.The accommodation is centrally located and boasts stunning rooftop views. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the rooftop terrace while taking in the scenery.The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and we were fortunate enough to enjoy beautiful views of the moon from the apartment.There are quite a few stairs leading up to the fourth-floor apartment, so we found it easier to leave our suitcases in the car and bring up only an overnight bag.Thank you, Anna, for a lovely stay.

Wonderful apartment with great views of the castle. Great location - a 10 minute walk from everything. Very well stocked place - has everything you need. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Anna is a lovely, friendly and helpful host and we really enjoyed meeting her. It was just the two of us, we stayed a week and very much enjoyed it.

Apartment is located in the heart of the city where all day and night activities take place. Well equipped, good TV set and WiFi internet. You will spent most of your time on the large terrace taking all your meals as well as the panoramic views of the old city. For the trips to the beach you have the beach umbrella and the thermal bag available for use. Your host, Anna will serve you a welcome dish of local sweets and fruits with wine. Then a local Sardinian dinner awaits you. On your departure a morning coffee with cookies are awaiting. All included in your stay.A truly unforgettable stay.Walter & Anna.
