About this house rental
In the centre of town with everything at your finger tips bars,restaurants,shopping and Burriana beach is only 10 minutes away.This new very spacious luxury townhouse is of a very high standard and equipped with the most modern technology that has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,2 living areas with an open plan kitchen and a very large roof top fitted with a six seater jacuzzi,bbq with outdoor kitchen area equipped for up to 8 guests.
3 of the bedrooms are large doubles On the second floor and an additional pull out sofa bed can be made up for an extra 2 kids on the ground floor in 1 of living areas.
There is air conditioning throughout the entire house and in the winter months there is hot air and a stove log fire.
There is 2 satellite T.Vs in each leaving area English and European channels and Netflix available,Free WiFi throughout the entire house.

Excellent unit and location for six adults and a 6-month-old. Plenty of space with a great layout. Very clean. Near the action but not in it. We LOVED the rooftop terrace and had several great family dinners there. Local property manager was extremely responsive and proactive.

The complete house was like described. We loved the interior design. It is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is well thought out. The owner is a perfect host. She cared about everything. We really enjoyed our days in this exceptional place. 100 % recommendation. Thank you, Liz. We will be back ....

Highly recommend this accommodation. 2nd time staying in the house . Great location in a quiet street in the old town. House is very spacious & excellent facilities. The roof top terrace is very spacious and again all the facilities you would need . We were a family of 6 adults & it was perfect

Second time staying at this wonderful property. Stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas and NY and decided to come back for an Easter break. You won’t be disappointed staying at Liz’s wonderful house!
