About this cottage rental
The long time shore residence of Dr. Kayo, who the locals know as Cousin David, is now available for vacation rental for the first time. Enjoy rocking on the front porch or watch the boats go by from the back porch. This cottage has a nice size bedroom with a queen bed, living room with comfortable sectional, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All with no stairs. Located on South Bay Ave, this cottage is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The property also has a floating dock that you can tie your boat to while staying, and plenty of private parking.

We had an awesome time even though the weather didn’t cooperate!! The morning on the dock was priceless! I would love to stay again.This is a perfect spot and we loved it. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Perfect cottage-clean, well stocked, convenient. Fun walking around Highlands with lots to discover. Great hiking right up the hill! Lovely views.

It was sidewalk/street side. Needs an exterminator. Caretaker of property smoking constantly and smoke was entering our unit thru the window air conditioners. Way over priced.
