Located in Wilmington, this lovely house for $133 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our home is located in Midtown Wilmington, so appropriately named for its central location between the beach and the beautiful, historic downtown. It is also within walking or $2 uber ride distance of some fabulous local breweries, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and the cross city trail. It's located on 0.6 acres of land that includes a back deck for enjoying some morning coffee, fire pit and is perfect for those travelers wishing to bring their pups. Our home is well-equipped with all your comfort and travel needs including a fully functional kitchen with cooking supplies, blender, toaster and coffee maker. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer available. Two beach chairs and towels provided for trips to our beautiful beaches. Games, puzzles, books and movies, to be watched on the big screen TV, are available for something to do on the rare rainy day. It's also equipped with 1 GIG Fiber internet for our guests needing to work from home. Last, but certainly not least, there are 2 comfy beds (one king and one queen) for a good night sleep after a full day of fun. We stayed for 2 nights to return my daughter to UNCW. This house was very clean. Check-in was super easy. Snacks, water, and coffee was available. We had everything we could want for an enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a funeral. Not the best circumstances but the house made everyone feel like home. Quiet neighborhood, large lot, and a beautifully decorated home! Well stocked with all that you would need for your stay. Check in and out process was easy and painless. Next time we come for a visit we will definitely stay here at our home away from home!

We loved this little house! It had a cool deck with secure fenced backyard. It was decorated very comfortably and had anything you might need. It was very clean and well-kept. The location was great and so convenient to so many things. We love Wilmington and loved every minute of our stay in the sweet place! We look forward to coming back.

This property is great! I would definitely stay again! I love that I could bring my larger dogs (which is why I booked this property) even though I didn’t end up bringing them due to one of them ripping their ACL . I appreciate that there was no size restrictions. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space to relax.

Perfect place for my daughter and I to explore Wilmington/Cape Fear as she is moving there in August. Kelley’s place was very clean and only about a 15-20 drive to the beach. Thank you Kelley for a very comfortable stay in your sweet home.

We came to NC for a wedding. The house was in a perfect location. It was quick and easy to get to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. The house was so much nicer than the pictures even show. It feels much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. The price was great for what you get. The hosts made check in/ check out easy. The house is immaculate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the area is quiet. If we are ever back in the area, this will be where we stay! Thanks Ryan and Kelley!

This property was perfect for my family of three plus our fur baby. The house is well stocked with all the basic necessities and was very clean. There is a fenced in back yard which made it ideal for our dog. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Would definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful and super inviting. Me and my wife walked in and immediately got such a homey vibe! It was clean, and had an amazing backyard that my husky and cocker spaniel LOVED! We loved it, the dogs loved it and it was close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely on our list to stay at again our next adventure to Wilmington!

This charming home was all that we could have hoped for. We stayed here for the month of February and truly felt like it was a perfect home away from home. It was exceptionally clean, cozy, well equipped and convenient to explore all that Wilmington and the surrounding areas have to offer. The yard was a dog lover's paradise, fully fenced and surrounded by gorgeous azalea blooms (if you are lucky enough to visit in the late winter/early spring). We were greeted by a basket of local goods supplied by our thoughtful hosts . Kelley and Ryan went above and beyond to respond quickly to any questions that we had both before and during our visit. They truly care about making sure that everything about your experience in their midtown Wilmington home is just perfect!

Great property! The owner was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. The house was the perfect place for our stay and our dogs enjoyed the large fenced back yard. The king bed was very comfortable. The owner has anticipated visitor’s needs and stocked needed supplies. It is located within a short distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay there again when in the area!

Everything was perfect for us with this house. The neighborhood has lots to do with breweries and restaurants in abundance and it is close to everything else like the river front and beaches. It was also great having our dog there with a completely fenced back yard and a nice walk to a couple of ponds and a trail. Wilmington us a neat city. Highly recommend the house and town!

We rented this house as a family of four - two kids (4 and 2.5). The kids slept together in one room and my husband and I in the other room. It was a perfect size home for our needs. We had access to a washer and dryer which was great for beach trips that turned into unexpected soaked children. We brought our dog and she was comfortable and loved the fact there was a completely fenced in backyard! The house was clean with a binder full of suggestions in the area which is great for first time visitors. We will definitely be staying here again as it's in walking distance of family. My husband, our two dogs, and myself stayed at Ryan & Kelley’s place for a long weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for as it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard and a short drive to both downtown & to the nearby beaches. It had everything we needed for a few days away & would recommend their place to those traveling to the area.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our son's UNCW orientation. Much better than a hotel, it was private, in a quiet neighborhood, great location to everything food and beach related, with easy check-in/out. We appreciated that the owner did contact us about approval and later (that we neglected to see until after) that the blinds in one room weren't right. Also awesome that rental times were shorter, not tied to a whole week. Would only suggest to future renters that if you don't like scented hand soaps to bring your own. It was a great little house that we'd love to rent again, and bring the dog next time; but, apparently everyone knows about it and is not available much! Grab it if you can!
