The hotel was conveniently located

Location was good. The rooms were spacious. The sofa bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were nice. Breakfast was pretty substantial.
Whilst there was a sign for the gym, there was no gym. The bidet shower did not work.

Super friendly staff, spacious rooms, very clean. Nice rooftop bar. Good WiFi and a nice indoor swimming pool.

Quiet private sector surrounding.
Spent several nights and the experience was :
-Apartment room with a nice small kitchen and a fridge BUT zero kitchenware even no one small plate or a spoon. What you need, you have to call them to bring every single item which it is not convenient.
-Our Toilet had a very strong smell
-NO iron in the room either, must call the reception to bring, once you left the room they take it out.. so interesting, is there only one iron in the whole hotel?
-The room we stayed at, the AC was leaking during the first night .. the carpet is all wet with the water on the floor. Thanks to them.. we were lucky enough to change our room to the another BUT with long waiting time (couple hours) instead of being told 15mins.
-One of the nights around 2-3am (in the new room) someone opened our room with the key card while we were sleeping, after we called the receptionist and asked, we were told, it was a mistake done by the lady housekeeper... which is interesting that is she doing the room cleaning at 2-3am?
Not recommended.
