The location, the room, the bar.
Problems with plumbing meant that there was no cold water in the stand alone shower, although it was possible to shower in the bath. There were issues with the lights flickering.
The air conditioning was substandard and it’s extremely hot on the stairs and upstairs corridors. Apparently air conditioning is going to be overhauled after the summer, which it desperately needs. The room was cool and comfortable.

Breakfast offering was weak given the standard of the hotel

Breakfast was not included, and for 700 euros was not good also when we asked for tea bags it was met with an attitude that this was a problem
