Very large and comfortable room, hot shower, heating in the room, and very comfortable beds.
There is also a very big and clean pool and a garden with alpacas, plus a delicious breakfast! I could easily give it 10/10, but there were a few downsides…
We couldn’t use the rooftop terrace because it was closed, the sauna was turned off, and the jacuzzi was also unavailable. I booked this hotel specifically to enjoy these facilities, but unfortunately access to them was limited.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and a nice place to relax.

Many facilities pool, spa, jacuzzi, table games. The food delicious and the staff very helpful. Big backyard with free Llamas eating around
It is a little isolated only one small market in front and another souvenir store a 50 feet next to the hotel

Friendly staff, big room, great shower
We booked it because of the pool for our 8 year old daughter. She was very disappointed because it was far too cold to actually use it. The jacuzzi was closed. The location is poor, you can’t get to any restaurants. We booked a driver for the day through the hotel and it was very expensive as was the laundry. Nowhere to sit and chill out in the hotel (where we were stuck every afternoon and evening because the location is not good) and WiFi does not reach the rooms. We didn’t see the alpacas at any point in the 3 night stay.
