We had an excellent stay at Alexia House and were very happy with our choice. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, tidy and well maintained, and everything was exactly as it should be. The hosts were kind, helpful and professional, and we really had nothing to complain about.
Parking was provided, which was very important to us. It is located along a relatively narrow street, but in practice this was not a problem at all and we always had a place for the car.
The main beach and the centre of Neos Marmaras are around a 20-minute walk away, but there is also a closer, quieter beach nearby, which we actually enjoyed because it was less crowded. Another nice bonus for me was a small outdoor calisthenics/workout park very close to the accommodation.
Overall, Alexia House is a very clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice view from the room! Kind and welcoming host. Room clean enough and wi-fi was not the best but good enough. You can also park in the street nearby.
The owner doesn't speak English, and also - I didn't mind it but a small note to the fellow people that are not from the Balkan region: this is a different type of hospitality :) Getting the keys is not automated, and things are slower here... you'll see what I mean.

Sehr gute Lage! Und unsere Gastgeber die nettesten Leute die wir bis jetzt auf unserer Reise getroffen haben. Haben auf Anfrage auch ein super gutes Frühstück bekommen!
Das Zimmer ganz süß eingerichtet mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Auch ins Zentrum nur 5 Minuten. Einige schöne Strände zu Fuß oder mit Auto gut zu erreichen! Danke Alexia House für den schönen Aufenthalt!
