About this house rental
2 bedroom holiday house, sleeping 7, BYO Bed Linen and towels, No WIFI, 3 night minimum
Main Bedroom – Queen bed
Second Bedroom – Double bed, with 3 single beds, in bunk formations
500m2 block with plenty of room for the kids to play.
Recently renovated, freshly painted, new flooring and new furniture. New kitchen.
Less than 10 minute walk to the Bay and Surf Beach, Cape Tavern, General Store, and Cafe and gift shop.
Wood-fire, and Split system heating and cooling, and fans in the bedrooms
Open plan living
Fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, and induction cook top, microwave
Sliding door to north facing porch, deck and garden
Bathroom has basin, separate bath and shower, separate room with toilet and basin
Gas BBQ
50 inch TV
Separate laundry with washing machine
Board games, basic beach gear (bucket and spade, boogie board)
Playground with cricket oval 1 min walk, and beach playground 8 min walk
Guests will have access to the whole house and garden, and there will only be one booking at a time
Please note only doonas and pillows are provided; please bring your own top and bottom sheets, doona covers (queen or single), pillow slips and towels. We provide tea towels.
Pump soap, cleaning products, mop available for guest use. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Washing machine (No dryer).
We don’t have WiFi or foxtel. If you have laptop and Telstra HOT SPOT you can connect to the TV and play your foxtel/Kayo etc.
Well behaved small dogs (up to 10kg) allowed, but please not on the furniture. Fully fenced property but only appropriate for smaller dogs.

We really enjoyed our selves in this small house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Not to big and not to small. Lots of lovely bonus in the kitchen which was a lovely surprise as we cooked two nights. It is very dog friendly but no dog door so letting our pup out to wee at 3am was chilly. The fire was a real bonus and kept is warm and toastie with plenty of supplies. The location was great, close to everything and the bird songs was all day long which was lovely. As we where packing the car we where wondering when we would return for another adventure, loved it.

I cannot fault our stay at all! The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed including a cosy fire on the cold days. The location was also perfect and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay. The fire was so lovely. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Its just a short walk to the local cafe and beach. The check in was a breeze. :)
