Significant discounts for stays longer than 28 days - send a booking query with dates 2 bedroom holiday house, sleeping 7, plus port-a-cot Main Bedroom – Queen bed Second Bedroom – Double bed, with 3 single beds, in bunk formations 500m2 block with plenty of room for the kids to play. Recently renovated, freshly painted, new flooring and new furniture. New kitchen. Less than 10 minute walk to the Bay and Surf Beach, Cape Tavern, Channel Store, and Cafe and gift shop. Wood-fire, and Split system heating and cooling (wood supplied) and fans in the bedrooms Open plan living Fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, and induction cook top, microwave Sliding door to north facing porch, deck and garden Bathroom has basin, separate bath and shower, separate room with toilet and basin Gas BBQ 50 inch TV and DVD Separate laundry with washing machine Board games, basic beach gear (bucket and spade, boogie board) Playground with cricket oval 1 min walk, and beach playground 8 min walk Guests will have access to the whole house and garden, and there will only be one booking at a time Please note only doonas and pillows are provided; please bring your own top and bottom sheets, doona covers (queen or single), pillow slips and towels. We provide tea towels. Discounted rates for stays more than 7 nights. Pump soap, cleaning products, mop available for guest use. Please bring your own linen. Washing machine (No dryer). We don’t have WiFi or foxtel. If you have laptop and Telstra HOT SPOT you can connect to the TV and play your foxtel/Kayo etc. Well behaved small dogs (up to 10kg) allowed, but please not on the furniture. Fully fenced property but only appropriate for smaller dogs.

Comfortable queen bed, couches, lovely open space. Peaceful neighbourhood with plenty of space inside and outside. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Beautiful large bath. All in all a lovely spot to stay.

Loved our stay, the house is very clean and functional, and feels calm, cosy and breezy. Lush garden, very quiet streets and comfy couches. Not having wifi felt like a bonus for us, making it easier to switch off and enjoy. Cape Paterson is so nice. Thank you.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Scenic Road property. The house and garden was beautifully presented and a short walk to the glorious Cape Paterson beach (and shops). The owner was very obliging and helpful with a couple of minor enquiries. I will definitely consider staying again.

Me and my friends had such a wonderful time at this house, super affordable and had all the facilities we needed and more. The option to have a fire during in winter was much appreciated and the house had such a beautiful calming atmosphere. Talking with the property host and checking-in/out was really easy and clear. Definitely a worth while stay!

This house was great, close to the beach, lots of games, bucket and spade and sports equipment. Everything we needed for a great week away. When something went wrong with the hot water service, the owners sorted it out immediately and were excellent to deal with. Looking forward to staying again soon!

We found the house to be clean and comfortable and within an easy walk to all beaches. Communication with the owners was great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful and accomodating. All in all a terrific stay!

Our family were looking for a low budget getaway for a few days before Christmas, so this property was ideal. We were amazed by how much bigger it is than the pictures and had everything! Kitchen utensils and crockery etc was fabulous as we have stayed in a few places that hardly have anything to cook with. This property is definitely worth the price. Only suggestion would be to have a spade and bucket set or perhaps take it out of the description as we didn’t bring ours for the kids thinking there was one here so they were a little sad we didn’t have one for them. And an outdoor setting to be able to enjoy some dinners outside would have been lovely. Apart from those two things tho we had such an enjoyable time and would love to come back again sometime soon!

The home is beautiful, its was very clean and well looked after. Its a large home and there was plenty of space for a large family to stay. The gardens and the location was very good. It was a lovely drive around the area and close to larger towns. The host was very friendly and quick to answer any questions. The only 2 things that we wish were included in our stay would have been wifi and a dryer. The weather was not the best while we stayed. We washed our clothes, but they did not fully dry. The only other thing I had expected but was not provided would have been wifi. Our phones did not have any coverage in the property, so we couldn't make calls or use internet. It would have been great to have wifi. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

We loved our time at Selena’s place. The coonara made the living area cosy and warm. The location was great for exploring the beach, and only a short walk to the local coffee shop. It was a great base for our time away, and was well equipped.

Before arriving at the property the host had sent clear instructions, making the check in process a breeze. When entering the house we noticed how clean and tidy it was and equipped with everything we need. Sitting by the fire was amazing after coming back from a day or exploring and the fire was very efficient and easy to use. On our last night we walked to the Cape Tavern for a meal and drinks and were not disappointed. Food and drink selections were exceptional. We got some take aways and walked the few streets back to cosy up in front of the fire. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved staying here. The house was so beautiful and well set out. Its obvious alot of love has gone into the garden outside as well. It's a short walk down the road to the beach & tavern (great food) .The home owner is so lovely to deal with too. This property was such great value and I cant fault it in the slightest. We hope to come back here again down the track. :)

Lovely property suited our needs well. Well located within walking distance to beaches. Issues around COVID-19 and Melbourne’s lockdown dealt with understanding and very flexible. Great value,would definitely stay again.
