Marea B&B - A Must Stay In Polignano A Mare

Cinzia was an extremely gracious and accommodating host who went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable stay. The location was central to everything. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. She answered all our questions and provided useful information for getting around. I highly recommend you stay with her. You will be very satisfied.

Very clean

Breakfast is in a bar closeby. In itself the breakfast is OK and the location of the bar is great. The choice (and quantity) is rather limited, e.g. no second cup of coffee included.

Great and comfortable stay in the centre of Polignano!

Great communication with the owner. Easy check-in. They let us check-in earlier as requested so we didn’t have to hang around the town with luggage.The room was spotless and very comfortable. It’s in the city centre of Polignano and at a super short walk from the train station. Air con was working fine and very much needed during the heatwave. It was a perfect stay :)

It was a beautiful room close to everything in the city.

The room was wonderful and looks just like in the pictures. It is literally a 5-10 minutes walk from everywhere. The train, the old town, the city center, shops, beach everything is super close. The breakfast is in a nearby cafe which is again a 5-minute walk from the room, and it is a great place to start your day as it is located at the huge square in midtown surrounded by restaurants, shops, and coffee places, close to the beach and the old town. Our hosts were really great, they helped with everything we needed, and even provided us with beach towels when we needed them. This room was a big part of making our vacation truly amazing.

If you go by car parking could be a bit problematic, as the city has narrow streets and lots of one-way streets. Probably easier to just walk around or rent a moped.

Superb

Breakfast at caffe nearby, very good - dessert+coffe+juice. Beautiful and unique environment, everything is clean and smells really nice starting from towels, to bed sheets. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cold floor in the bathroom (but suppose it is normal in that type of place), no tea-kettle, really wanted to have a cup of warm tea, or coffe.

Fantastic stay with a terrific host. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly host, who went out of her way to make our check in process easy when we arrived earlier then the check in time. Everything was clean and tidy, and as shown on the booking. A great stay :)

Brilliant location and beautiful big room. Very helpful owner that made sure we had a great stay (asked for a few extra things and she sorted all of it). Would truly recommend.

Great place near center of town

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and good-sized. There were enough towels for the 2 days we would be there, as well as plenty of soap and shampoo. Shower was big and had great pressure. Very easy walk to town and to restaurants, as well as to beautiful views of the water.

We booked the family room with 2 beds, a single and a double. What we got was a double. When I questioned her, she told me this was the family room and made no effort to change things. For personal reasons, we prefer 2 beds, so this was an inconvenience. The breakfast was at a Cafe about 6 blocks away, although the coffee and pastries were very good. Wi fi was good. There is a TV, but rather small for the size of the room.

location , spacious room, very nice people, clean room, nice bed

I would prefer to have more choices for breakfast. Something savory like toast or omelet. I found the choices of the breakfast poor.

Exceptional

Nice family welcome, great appartement with good situation to access to the city center by walk. I think they want to keep the place in a good condition for all the clients and you can feel the effort. We will come back if we have the possibility!

A perfect bijou apartment

The owners were outstanding hosts - their welcome made us feel immediately at home, but it was when the late evening flight of the other guests was delayed that their kindness was really demonstrated, staying up late to see us all safely settled in. The en-suite, spacious room is securely accessed from the pavement but once inside it is entirely private. It is well appointed and spotless. The breakfasts were delicious and snacks were also provided. Within easy walking distance of the tourist centre.
