Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir sind mit den Fahrrädern in die Altstadt von Rovinj gefahren. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist die Altstadt schnell zu erreichen.
Den Meerblick haben nur Menschen, die größer sind als ich (1,67m). Die Wohnung und die Lage sind trotzdem gut, aber ich war etwas enttäuscht, weil ich mir bei dem Namen mehr versprochen habe.

The location is good, not in the main area, so it's quieter if you're looking for a relaxing getaway from the hustle of the city.
About a 15-minute walk to the port, similar to Biondi Beach.
Quite comfortable apartment on the first floor. A large kitchen with a dining table equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Two comfortable, separate bedrooms, a slightly small but adequate bathroom, and a large living room. Direct access from the apartment to a balcony with a small table and a very large terrace with an umbrella and a family table, both connected together The house's orientation to the sun allows you to enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the morning and on the terrace in the evening. Parking is available directly on the property.
Although the apartment may need some update & refreshment, it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to six people for a few days, or up to four for a longer stay.
PS. The "with sea view" in the name is not just a marketing gimmick, there is actually a nice open view of the sea from both the balcony and the terrace.
Only the air conditioner is installed in an unfortunate place; we had some really hot days and it wasn't able to cool the entire apartment.
