Over the span of the past few years, we’ve stayed at several different properties in Torremolinos. And with hand-over-heart, Castillo Santa Clara 4 ranks head and shoulders above the rest!
Torremolinos itself is full of character and offers endless fun surprises at every turn. We love it there!
The property’s location is truly unbeatable. The hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and cafes. And when we felt like taking it easy walking on the promenade, we were a short (and easy) lift ride away. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with all essentials necessary for a very comfortable short or long-term stay (including beach essentials). And we were thrilled about the beach and pool views from our balcony. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful and lovely. Service was excellent overall.
This property exceeded our expectations. Our experience was, in one word, amazing!
Many thanks to everyone, especially to our hostess Olga, who was beyond phenomenal. She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property while answering questions and sharing insider knowledge about the city, and she accommodated a very last-minute very special request. We have no words. Thank you doesn’t really cut it Olga – but thank you!
We would certainly stay again – in a heartbeat!

Location is very good: direct access to beach, walking distance to train station, various grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
Apartment has AC, TV, kettle, own bathroom, balcony with a sea and swimming pool view.
Apartment is quite old and urgently requires renovation.
Bathroom had black mold, stove was half broken, no proper utensils - we had to go and buy two identical wine glasses, knives were dull.
No dishwashing liquid, 3 toilet paper rolls clearly not enough, only 1 set of towels per person, no trash bags - if it is expected that guests will stay for 2 weeks, please provide minimum required amenities.
Swimming pool was broken all the time. This apartment was selected because of the nice swimming pool. It was a huge disappointment! There was no official info anywhere why it was broken. Since sea was cold and swimming pool closed all plans to swim were ruined.
