About this condo rental
Located in La Cadière-d'Azur, this charming condo for $148 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Calm charming apartment for 3 to 4 people. It was reformed in May 2015. It is equipped and located in a charming villa of Spanish style. This isolated F2 apartment (2 rooms apart from kitchen and bathroom) offers one bedroom, one open kitchen, one bathroom/toilet, a secure swimming pool that is shared with the owner, and a private terrace. There is a separate entrance. Single storey apartment, ideal for the elderly since the access is easy. Pets are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited; we only smoke outdoors. 2 couples or one child at a time at least 3 years old. The linen is given to you. The region is very touristic and beautiful all year round. In winter, the climate is usually mild with moderate wind. If you want to rent it in July and August, it is available only for full weeks, especially for next year (from Sunday evening to Sunday morning (or another moment for this year) or 7 days from Sunday to Saturday including the evening).

I stayed with my daughter at that charming place for one week. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area very much. The perfect place for us to relax and rest. The appartment made us feel comfortable and Laurence and Christian Chauzit were very welcoming and pleasant hosts. Clair was also very friendly and of much help. Thank you.
It is a nice walk to the beach and you can even walk to the supermarket. If you have a car or bicycle everything is very close. There are nice restaurants alongside the beach to one side. We would like to come back again!

We had a warm welcome and the Apartment was very clean and perfectly outfittet. Whenever we had a question, Claire was there and she managed all things very well. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and a only 10-15 min. walk to the beaches.
We really enjoyed the stay and we will come back for sure.

I have enjoyed stayying for 2 weeks in this nice appartment. There is not much more to say about it as the pictures talk to themselves.
What impressed me most was the very friendly wellcome by Laurence and Christian on arrival, as well as their helpful advices for the area and where to find good restaurants during the stay. I like to go back there!!

We just spent a lovely week staying with Laurence and Christian. The property is private hidden behind large hedges, quiet, very pretty and just what our small family of 3 needed. Everything was exactly as you would want it. You can use the lovely pool or walk to the beach. Shopping is close and virtually tourist free - we heard hardly any English spoken all week. It was really ideal. Skip the tourist traps and find real relaxation. We would have happily stayed a month. Thank you so much for the ideal getaway.

Agréable partie de villa dans jardin arboré
Accueil, propreté, intérieur et extérieur de cette location furent très satisfaisants: hôtes discrets mais à disposition, intérieur récent bien décoré, végétation soignée préservant du voisinage autour d'une jolie piscine.
En outre, plages ou criques, ainsi que commerces variés se trouvent à proximité, auxquels il faut ajouter le cœur du vieux village de St Cyr typiquement provençal... avec le soleil déjà chaud pour cette mi-mai 2022.

Bonnes vacances de Paques
On a passé de bonnes vacances de Paques chez Laurence et Christian. Tous les deux nous ont fait un très bon et chaleureux accueil. L´appartement a été parfaitement èquipé et soigné. Le centre de St. Cyr et les plages ne sont pas loin et accessible à pied. Merci à Laurence et Christian pour notre séjour si agréable. On s´est senti très à l´aise.

Les 5 étoiles que nous avons affectées à chacune des rubriques résument à elles seules la "chance" que nous avons eue de choisir la propriété de Laurence et Christian. L'aménagement intérieur/extérieur fonctionnel, confortable, s'intègre parfaitement dans ce quartier résidentiel calme à une encablure du centre ville et de la plage. Je terminerai en soulignant l'accueil sympathique, chaleureux, humain des propriétaires toujours à l'écoute ,attentifs à notre confort, disponibles, dans la discrétion et le respect absolu de la vie privée et l'intimité des locataires. Grand bravo et merci.

Ich habe mit meinem besten Freund zusammen die erste Woche im Jahr in dem Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt, man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Auto kann man sehr einfach alle Ziele erreichen egal ob es Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Orte oder einfach nur die Märkte, Bäckereien etc. Sind. Der Garten und dir Terrasse sind sehr einladend und zwingen einen grad nur dazu lange Abends draußen zu sitzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen !

L'appartement très bien situé, à 10mn à pied de la plage, est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et entouré de verdure dont des palmiers.
Les hôtes sont charmants et avenants.
Une jolie piscine chauffée vient compléter ce superbe tableau avec une belle terrasse privative.
Saint Cyr sur Mer est une station balnéaire familiale qui a tout pour plaire.
Au milieu d'une Margueritte,pour les excursions, il n'y a pas le temps de s'ennuyer.
Le marché du dimanche matin est un pur bonheur paix accents de la Provence.

Très bon séjour avec une location superbe, bien agencée, bien équipée, une belle piscine chauffée et un environnement calme et résidentiel, proche des commerces essentiels et de la plage des lecques. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Seul bémol une présence détestable des moustiques ! Une location à recommandée sans restriction. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour durant 15 jours.

Très beau séjour maison parfaite hôtes très disponibles
J'ai alterné 3 semaines de travail/télétravail et 1 semaine de vacances je connais très bien la région évidemment j'ai donc pas été surprise St cyr toujours aussi agréable: les plages (le sporting à 15 mn à pied 😍) les resto (le M 😍) et commerces tout à côté (chez Erick)
Quant à la maison elle est parfaite, lumineuse, spacieuse, très bien équipée tant au niveau de la cuisine que des nombreuses prises un.peu partout,, un excellent wifi, une sdb très agréable, grande et avec plein de rangements, la maison est ouverte sur 3 côtés ce qui est très agréable même s'il y a la clim que j'utilise tres peu,la literie impeccable avec de beaux draps de qualité, un grand dressing Les propriétaires Laurence et Christian sur place sont absolument charmants ultra discrets tres disponibles et serviables la femme d'entretien est très efficace et super sympa aussi, la piscine toujours impeccable et coup de cœur pour la nature luxuriante et les nombreuses variétés qui donnent au jardin un petit côté ecrin de verdure ultra dépaysant on se croit aux Antilles
Tres facile de se garer juste devant la maison dont l'entrée est indépendante. Bref je n'ai que des compliments j'ai passé un mois excellent A refaire !!

Toller Urlaub!
Wir haben den 7-tägigen Aufenthalt in Ihrem schönen Domizil sehr genossen! Die Anlage war perfekt für uns und unsere 9-jährige Tochter. Die Lokation, der Ort und überhaupt die Gegend im Allgemeinen bietet wirklich alles, was es braucht, für eine gelungene und nachhaltige Auszeit. Südfrankreich sieht uns sicher wieder. :) Sehr gerne auch erneut in diesem Haus mit so wundervollen Gastgebern. Einzig das Meer könnte etwas bequemer zu erreichen sein - aber wir haben uns schnell damit arrangiert. Es ist einfach des etwa 10-15minütigen Fußmarsches wert.Toller Sandstrand! Liebe Grüße
PS: Erwähnt werden muss außerdem noch die ausgezeichnete Matratze des Sofa/Klapp-Bettes im Wohnbereich!! Die ist wirklich sehr hochwertig und bequem. Praktisch auch der rundum gesicherte Pool. Très jolie.
