From the nearby port of Arbatax it is possible to make boat trips to the amazing coves and caves of the Gulf of Orosei. Interesting trekking routes for sportsmen both along the coast and inland.

Parto dall'unico piccolo neo, per noi che avevamo 3 moto da strada, il fatto che per arrivare alla villetta vi siano 100 metri di sterrato. Nulla di che. Per il resto la casa è perfetta! Si trova in una zona leggermente esterna rispetto al centro del paese, ma si raggiungono comodamente (in moto o auto) tutti i servizi e, soprattutto, a 5 minuti a piedi, una spiaggia gigante e meravigliosa. È presente ogni comfort, dalla lavatrice, alla lavastoviglie, all'aria condizionata, al barbecue, a stoviglie di ogni tipo, ai racchettoni da spiaggia. Spazio ottimo per 3 persone, buono anche per 4. L'esterno è fantastico, terrazzino coperto dove mangiare e divanetti per rilassarsi dopo cena. Insomma, un sogno. Torneremo. Ah, a 10miniti a piedi o 2 in auto c'è il ristorante La Baia. Consigliatissimo!

Alles in allem war das Objekt eine angenehme Basis für unsere Sardinien-Touren in die umliegenden Berge und Schluchten.
Vor Ort hat alles reibungslos geklappt, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Bei längerem Aufenthalt hätte uns aber (auch trotz weitgehender Abwesenheit tagsüber) ein echtes Wohnzimmer gefehlt- es gibt eigentlich nur Küche mit Esstisch + Bad + Schlafräume. Im TV gibt es auch nur italienisches Programm und die Veranda ist an kühlen Oktoberabenden auch nicht mehr der richtige Ort für gemütliche Abendstunden.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( u.a. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, leistungsstarke Klimaanlage), hat einen gepflegten, hübschen Garten und liegt wirklich sehr nah zum Strand. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub!

La casa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dalla sabbia scura, pulita e poco affollata (in agosto), spiagge bianche sono a 10 minuti di auto, così come il centro di Tortolì. In casa non manca nulla e la proprietaria è sempre disponibile.
