About this condo rental
Located in Alexandria Bay, this charming condo for $326 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Waterfront condo with newly finished boathouse, new furnishings and new smart TVs! This condo is located within walking distance to A-Bay and offers easy and direct access to the beautiful St. Lawrence River. The first level of the living quarters has a fully functional kitchen with a breakfast bar, a master bedroom, bathroom and living room with sliding doors to a balcony overlooking Carnegie Bay. A gas grill is provided and is kept on the balcony. Upstairs is a loft-style bedroom, a third bedroom and bathroom. Feel like you’re at home with fresh bed and bath linens provided. The abundance of windows allows for plenty of natural light to enjoy before and after embarking on a day of fun-filled activities around the area. The boathouse has a newly finished dock with ample space to accommodate up to a 30 foot boat or any other water toys you enjoy (ie kayaks, jet-skis etc). Carnegie Bay is a protected bay in close proximity to downtown Alexandria Bay where you can hop aboard a tour boat to visit the historic Boldt Castle or Singer Castle – or rent a boat to visit them on your own! Raining outside? Smart TV’s, wifi and a DVD player provided. Extra smaller guests? Two convertible bean bags provide extra seating or twin beds. Enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, sightseeing, festivals? This area has something for you. With 1,864 islands of the St. Lawrence, there is something for everyone.

We had an amazing stay in this location. It is right next to town and the boathouse served us well. Very well upkeep inside and everything we needed was available to us!

We spent a few days here in Alexandria Bay. This was a perfect place to enjoy water activities and still be within walking distance of the town.

Everything was perfect, very clean, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the sites and shopping if Alex Bay, Clayton, and Wellesley Island. Longtime friends made new memories, we cannot wait until next year. P/S the elevator was a big plus!

Wonderful property close to town, walking distance and super convenient if you have a boat. Owners had great communication with us and our family rented a couple other units in the building which was wonderful! My nephew's really enjoy catching and releasing fish off the balcony. Would stay again.

Renee was a phenomenal host! She is very communicative and helpful. The place is quite cute and everyone enjoyed. I really liked the location as it was walking distance to the downtown but in a more quiet area. Thank you so much (and for the platter :) )!!!

Had a great time at A-Bay. House was great, clean, well stocked, and the hosts communication was great. The boathouse was key for us as I have been boating on the river for over 20 years I love getting up there parking the car and not seeing it again until we have to leave. The marina is super convenient for launching a boat and storing a trailer, with secure gates and 24/7 access. We had friends rent another unit in the building at the same time which was great for everyone to have their own space and at the same time be so close to each other.
Beds were comfortable and the linens were great. So much so that my daughter wanted me to go out and buy her the same linens that where used there. In the unit laundry was super convenient to dry towels and wash swim suits that were used everyday. While we aren't coffee drinkers there are 2 coffee makers there for your options of a pot or a pod. Fridge and freeze were clean and spacious.
Again had a great time and will definitely be back.

Excellent location and great host
Very nice accommodations exactly as advertised. Host was wonderful and communicated regularly to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Would highly recommend this location for a couples and a family. The boathouse is an excellent addition if you have a boat but even without a boat it’s a great spot to explore the thousand Islands

We enjoyed our stay with your family of 5. Plenty of room and all the amenities were of quality. Easy access to the seaway and downtown. After spending the entire day on the water we all slept well. We’d definitely return for another stay in the future.

Amazing place
This unit is cozy and immaculate and it slept 7 comfortably. The inlet goes right to the river and the property owner is very accommodating. I will be back and will stay nowhere else but here. Thank you Renee and Ken.

Great Townhouse and Location
We had a great four night stay and plenty of room for the four of us. It had a great boathouse even though we did not have a boat. The owner was so helpful in making our stay an enjoyable one. Toni Rose

Boating vacation
Just as expected! The boat garage was great- able to fit the pontoon boat. The condo was clean and spacious enough for us and our 2 teenagers.

Mini family reunion
My family was gathered near Clear Lake in Theresa, NY for a mini family reunion. We needed extra space and lucky for us this property was available. Renee was amazing with the check in process and with helping us with parking issues since we had 2 cars to park and the guest spots were filling up. The property is gorgeous, was clean, quiet and in a beautiful setting.
Next year we hope to gather again only make it a full reunion (this was 3 out of 8 siblings hoping for more next year)! We would definitely rent again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property and Top notch owners
Renee was so amazing from start to finish. Very professional, warm and very fast to answer any questions we had about the property and area. The Villa was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all the amenities of home. Our group of six, cooked breakfast every morning. Were able to use the dishwasher, there was dish soap and dishwasher soap provided. Renee makes you feel very much like you are "at home" while away. Everyone was very friendly all around us yet we never felt as though we were crowded and never heard the people in the places on either side. Our friends also brought their boat and could easily fit in the boathouse. We can't wait to return next year! Thank you again Renee for your hospitality.

Charming waterfront home
Very clean and well kept place. Nicely decorated and designed tastefully.
The balcony was infested with bugs, so unfortunately we couldn’t sit outside. It would have really been nice to have a dining room. Kitchen is well equipped and the boat garage was priceless!

Great place to stay and enjoy St Lawrence River
Awesome!!! Very clean and accommodating to all our needs. Owner gave us referrals for restaurants and places to shop. Would definitely recommend this place!!! Thanks so much for making our first trip to the 1000 Islands a great experience!!!

Great location and property
We stayed here with our 3 young girls. The townhome fit our needs exactly and was so close to everything. Having a park within walking distance was a nice surprise. The owners were so friendly, and everything went off without a hitch.

Perfect A-Bay spot for boating and walking to town
We had a fantastic, relaxing, perfect summer week at Renee's beautiful townhouse on the water. First, Renee is wonderful - super nice, accommodating, and helpful. She gave us great recommendations for dinner and boating! Second, her townhouse is perfectly decorated for a relaxing, summer-on-the water feel. Everything we could have asked for was provided to us in her super clean and comfortable home. The boat garage was absolutely perfect for easy access to our boat - just walk downstairs, step on and go! Last, the home is an easy walk to Alexandria Bay's downtown restaurants, bars, shops, and docks. We could not have asked for a better spot and hope to come back again next year!
