A lovely little villa with sea views on the hills of Chia, featuring a garden, private parking, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. And above all, it’s wonderfully quiet.
A place you’ll love to come back to.
Little maintenance is needed for the shower, as the water jet is not working properly.
One of the beds is still comfortable, but the mattress is noisy.
The management of the Eco-trash sorting is a little complicated.

Sehr süsse kleine Unterkunft mit allem Nötigen, das man braucht. Die Küche ist mit den basics ausgestattet. Die Lage ist mit Mietauto super und man ist in einigen Fahrminuhen an verschiedenen wuuunderschönen Stränden!

Vista tra terra e mare piacevole, ben climatizzata la casa e spazi generosi per 3 persone,spiagge fantastiche ma zona poco servita nelle vicinanze.
Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane nella casa, l'unico punto dolente e che ci ha rovinato in buona parte la permanenza è stata la zona notte, sicuramente ben climatizzata ma con materassi praticamente inesistenti. Il risultato è stato tornare dalle vacanze con poche ore di sonno e una stanchezza accumulata nelle due settimane a causa del poco riposo tanto da non voler più sicuramente usufruire della stessa nelle prossime vacanze in Sardegna.
